17/06/2025: A small bar, the small village kind. However, they have a nice, fully wooden, furniture and internal decoration, although a bit dark. There is also an outdoor area with several tables, which are a perfect location, especially in sunny days. The food is good quality and the service is very friendly. Recommended, especially for breakfast.

29/03/2025: Bad experience perhaps because they will be going on holiday in 2 days but...the agnolotti with sauce and the roast needed a spoonful as they were so brothy and with a lot of pasta and not much filling let's not talk about the polenta with vegetables the polenta looked like the kind from the supermarket that you buy in slices and cut and the stewed vegetables were acidic. I hope that when they reopen in June we will be able to eat better

You think you are eating normal sushi but as soon as you step out of the place and start digesting you feel the need to go to the bathroom in every way possible and imaginable. Salty is an understatement but at least it helps to drink 7 liters of water like roberto bolle. I vomited all night unfortunately, and not only that. Too bad because the staff is kind and the location is quite ok.

16/06/2025: Excellent experience from every point of view. An Le Yuan is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten at. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, with a sober elegance that makes you feel immediately at ease. The food is authentic, tasty and prepared with care that is perceived from the first to the last bite. The dishes are balanced, never heavy, with intense but harmonious flavors. You can see the use of fresh and quality ingredients, and the technique is truly impeccable. 18/07/2025: My wife stopped by MC Drive to pick up three menus. When she arrived to pick them up, she asked the employee if everything was there, since he was busy with other bags. The answer was, "Yes, yes, everything is in the bag." Result: when she got home, she discovered the Big Tasty she'd bought for me was missing. Dinner was incomplete after working late all day, and the sandwich was paid for but never eaten (maybe someone lucky enough found my extra sandwich in the bag). Moral of the story: check the bag before leaving to avoid being ripped off.

01/07/2025: Every time we order take-out or even if we stop to eat there, they never, ever, deliver the straws, the straws are made of paper, so I don't see why every time I have to get up from my seat and go ask for the straws, or get home, open the bag and have to drink my drink without a straw. We demand the straws!!!

25/06/2025: Too bad, I enter with a large plate of cold pasta salad on display, very inviting... today (3.20 pm) I haven't been able to eat yet, I haven't been able to stop yet. I ask if I can eat, rudely. "The kitchen is closed!", I ask for an orange juice, I ask if I can sit down? "3 €", on the table there was a half-drunk coffee and some water, I take them and bring them to the counter, and no thanks, I drink my orange juice, I take the bottle and the glass and bring it to the counter to put it down, nothing, I leave saying goodbye, silence despite everything seasoned with a 😅 smile, but nothing! 30/07/2025: I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations. The service was slow and disorganized: we waited over 40 minutes for our first course, and when it arrived, it was lukewarm. The staff seemed distracted and inattentive, lacking any courtesy. The sushi was mediocre: the rice tasted like it was refrigerated, and the fish didn't seem particularly fresh. Some uramaki had a strange, almost acidic flavor. Even the hot dishes weren't stellar: the ramen was bland and full of overcooked noodles, with a bland, characterless broth. The prices were definitely too high for the quality. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming: cold lighting, annoying music, and tables too close together. An experience I have no intention of repeating. Not recommended.

30/07/2025: A Disappointing Experience Not to Be Repeated My recent visit to Sol Levante Japanese Restaurant was a profound disappointment, far from what a Japanese restaurant should offer. Unfortunately, the experience was fraught with a series of issues that made the meal unpleasant and made me want to never return. The first negative aspect that struck me was the interminable wait. Although the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, we had to wait an inordinate amount of time for our dishes. This unjustified delay contributed to a growing sense of frustration and ruined the evening's mood. But the real sore point was the quality of the food, which fell far short of acceptable standards. The raw fish, a cornerstone of Japanese cuisine, didn't appear fresh. The sashimi was tasteless and had a rubbery texture, suggesting it hadn't been freshly prepared or had been stored improperly. The sushi and nigiri rice was also overcooked and sticky, lacking the expected texture and flavor. The tempura was greasy and heavy, not as crispy and light as they should be, and the flavors overall were flat and undistinguished. The service left much to be desired. The staff was distracted and inattentive to our requests. We had to repeatedly call for attention to order drinks or ask for clarification on the dishes. The lack of friendliness and professionalism contributed to an overall unwelcoming and rushed atmosphere. Finally, the value for money was decidedly unfavorable. Considering the low quality of the dishes and the poor service, the final bill seemed excessively high, in no way justifying the experience. In conclusion, Il Sol Levante proved to be a restaurant to avoid for those seeking an authentic and enjoyable Japanese culinary experience. The excessive wait, the poor quality of the food, and the inadequate service made my visit extremely unsatisfactory. I hope this review can help steer those looking for a good Japanese restaurant elsewhere.

13/08/2025: We sometimes stop by for a quick aperitivo... I think the service is one of the worst in Turin. I'd only save the guy, but given the incredibly fast staff turnover, you probably won't even find him next time. The food is okay, but the variety depends on what they have: the bar is usually well-stocked, and during aperitivo hour they bring a platter with mixed slices and a glass for €7.90. There's also an outdoor seating area.

05/08/2025: Truly excellent bakery, with tasty, well-prepared products. Ideal not only for bread, but also for breakfast or a quick aperitivo. I personally recommend the aperitivo option: for just €8, you get a good selection of mini pizzas and a drink. It's a great value compared to individual slices of pizza, which are exorbitantly priced outside of aperitivo.
