27/08/2024: I ordered via deliveroo. The pizza arrived after an hour and 4 answered calls, two minutes it arrived and 10 unanswered calls. Chebab and capriciosa pizza plus chips, which arrived cold and transparent. I don't recommend

28/07/2024: The place is very clean and welcoming, the prices are clear and the service is good. Too bad about the food which really disappointed me, I ordered a kebab pizza which they cut badly and filled with sauces which covered the flavour. The mozzarella was rubber and the sauce tasteless, however the vegetables on the pizza were good. I don't think I will go back especially for the price of 9 euros, knowing other cheaper kebab shops but with an excellent final product. I only ate the pizza but the sandwiches and other products not yet

23/09/2024: Sunday lunch break for eight. We had already been for an aperitif some time ago. Inadequate and uncourteous staff, dishes served before cover (without the relevant cutlery) and bread. We took spritzes (good), pan pizzas (declared ready only to be defrosted) of which half were served burnt and inedible, and Salmon Salad for 14 euros with a very small portion (also almost without salmon), in fact it was served on a plate in the hollow of the first course. Definitely a place worth valorising, for us an experience not to be repeated.

04/09/2024: Dismissive and rude staff. We were with a group of friends after midnight, we asked for something to eat and although there were toasts, sandwiches and other foods in the window, they told us that the kitchen was closed and we couldn't eat anything, only offering us some small packet of crisps to accompany the drink. We won't be coming back again. I advise managers to change jobs or at least teach employees "good manners" and respect for the customer.

30/12/2024: If it weren't for the beautiful location, I strongly advise against this activity with people inside who are not qualified to do this job. The service is AWFUL!! I sat outside for an hour waiting for someone to come take my order, and every time the waitress passed by, she either pretended not to see us, or told us again that she was coming (spoiler what never happened). Disappointed by what had happened, I asked to speak to a manager, which was not possible, so I highlighted the problem to one of the employees who in very rude tones dismissed me by saying: "today is a holiday so it is normal that there is a mess and therefore we have to wait." Disturbed by this insipid response, I pointed out to the girl that they were losing their customers, not me, and she replied with: "EH PATIENCE". I understand that it was December 25th, but it was 8pm and being sitting outside, I could see very well behind the counter, and more than once I caught the ladies doing nothing. I would like to reiterate that the waitress herself continued to say that she would arrive immediately to take the order (after having clearly pretended not to see us for 20 minutes), and even when I myself introduced myself inside the restaurant to ask if she could come, she continued to don't do it (the place will have had 4 tables occupied, not 10). As for the food, I can't tell you if it's good or not, but if I have to tell you the truth, you're better off going for an aperitif at a restaurant that also gives you a large platter and you pay less. If you want a nice view of Piazza Castello, go to Via Roma or get tickets for the Royal Palace. I feel sorry for the place which really has excellent potential, but has rotten people inside. 30/12/2024: I sat outside, the waiter comes by and tells me 'I'll be back in a second time', 20 minutes pass and then I decide to go in to order. The staff in the room tells me 'come sit outside and we'll come and take your order', 30 minutes have passed and no one has arrived. It's not the first time I've gone, but this will definitely be the last. The bar is normal, nothing special, but the staff didn't treat me well at all.

15/01/2025: Terrible, I went out with my husband and child to remember a place I frequented as a girl and see if it was the same and also the type of music, unfortunately after less than 30 seconds the owner attacked us... Too bad I would have gone in and we would have consumed... In my day it was always full, tonight empty.,. Unfortunately some people don't know how to deal with the public...

07/02/2025: Ordered lemon turkey. It wasn't bad, but one small note: the turkey was a little dry and the lemon sauce was too runny. A suggestion: add a little flour (even rice if you want the dish to be suitable for celiacs) or cornflour, to thicken it a little... kind and efficient staff, little waiting time between order and table service.

16/12/2024: What can I say....first of all they don't even let you sit down....for the rest I don't know....maybe in the times we are in we don't send away 5 people who arrive at 9.30pm and ask to eat, second you should see something again for me
