28/09/2025: The best pizza we’ve ever had in the world When you visit a restaurant, you go with the hope of enjoying something delicious without having to cook, just to relax and savor the meal. This time we went to a pizzeria near our hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the most delicious experiences we’ve ever had. My husband and I both agreed: this was probably the best pizza we’ve ever tasted in the world. During our vacation we tried pizzas in different places, even in other countries before, but none compared to this one. Every bite was pure joy. Even with my celiac condition, I decided to try the pizza using my gluten digesting enzymes, and it was absolutely worth it. I enjoyed every single bite truly a once in a lifetime flavor. The service was also very friendly, which made the experience even better. Everything was perfect, but what truly stands out is the flavor authentic, unique, and unforgettable. We left feeling so happy and grateful. Without a doubt, this is a place we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy an extraordinary pizza.

25/09/2025: Fantastic restaurant!! We ate here on the way back to the Netherlands and had the best Italian pizzas of the entire trip. They also had delicious desserts, especially from this region! The wine pairing was delicious. A wine specifically from the region. Delicious!! The service was excellent! Very friendly! Fast service. We paid around €25 per person, but it included an appetizer, dessert, coffee, and wine.

28/10/2025: Well... leftover pieces of breadsticks collected in a bag and served as if they were normal. When I complain, they say it's normal. If I had a restaurant, I'd give the leftover breadsticks to the dog, not the other guests. Oh well, if only the dishes were special, but they aren't.

26/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for something else, but the experience wasn't bad at all. Aside from the Fassona beef with egg and truffle, which unfortunately was decidedly tasteless (even the truffle wasn't great), the rest—gnocchetti with Castelmagno cheese, agnolotti with roast beef sauce, and sliced ​​beef with potatoes—was all excellent, flavorful, and delicious. We ate at the tables overlooking the square, so we didn't see the interior. The service was quick and courteous. The price was quite reasonable.

09/11/2025: Good prices, not a bad place, Piedmontese menu...the service is adequate thanks to the goodwill of the waiters...good wine...lots of people so a lot of movement and background noise...not bad value for money considering there are so many seats...very very trattoria even if it's in the city...worth trying 😉

22/10/2025: My wife and I spent a weekend in a campervan and had the pleasure of dining at Gaute la Nata di Geppe: we were thrilled! The gourmet cuisine is top-notch. I chose the porcini mushroom tasting menu, which included a delicious appetizer of flan and minced raw meat with porcini mushrooms, followed by tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and, for the main course, breaded and fried porcini mushrooms. Each dish was carefully crafted, flavorful, and well-balanced. My wife enjoyed an excellent vitello tonnato and a splendid smoked salmon trout, very delicate and flavorful. Despite the abundant dinner, I slept very well, a sign of the light, quality cuisine. The owner was extremely courteous and welcoming, contributing to the tranquil and pleasant atmosphere. We had a truly special evening! I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food, the hospitality, and also for Molly's friendliness, a presence that makes the place even more unique!

29/04/2025: I give 3 stars because on Sunday in Piazza Vittorio we purchased 4 spreadable creams, 2 with pistachio and 2 with hazelnut (it's not the first time we've bought them and they are very good).... except that one with pistachio was already open and almost half full... we only noticed it tonight unfortunately (probably it was the one for the public tasting anyway). We were very sorry, anyone can make mistakes, except that we "threw away" 14 euros.
