18/06/2025: La Luna's Torta is a beautiful place, not only because it is a bar and bookshop near home but because it is aesthetically beautiful, makes you feel at ease and is run by people who love their place which exudes care and love from every pore.

15/06/2025: 10 e lode, library with study opportunities for university students, breakfast and lunch. The dishes are cared for in quality. The cost of a lunch is very convenient compared to the quality of the dishes. Compliments to the owner, you can see that she loves things done well. Thanks for yesterday.

02/06/2025: My wife and I have had lunch at this restaurant several times. The menus offered are excellent, we opted for the complete one at 20 euros per person which includes 2 appetizers, a large first course, a second course, side dish, coffee, 1/2 water and 1/4 wine, service charge included. Friendly and professional staff, all served in a mountain hut atmosphere, very suggestive. Highly recommended. I forgot, in the evening they make fantastic pizzas with local cured meats and cheeses. Absolutely worth trying. 👍😃

21/04/2025: Val Servin a Balme: un'esperienza di pranzo surreale. Il cibo è molto buono, peccato che gli antipasti fossero di qualità ma pochi. La vera sorpresa è arrivata quando gli uomini hanno ricevuto le loro porzioni di polenta dopo un'ora, abbondanti e ben presentate. Noi donne abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora in più per ricevere una misera porzione ridicola rispetto a quelle servite agli uomini. Il pranzo si è trascinato per ore senza una parola di scusa dal ristoratore. E come tocco finale, non c'è stato nemmeno uno sconto al momento del pagamento, nonostante le evidenti carenze del servizio. Forse perché erano a fine servizio e non c'era abbastanza polenta per tutti? Scusa debole per un servizio così palesemente squilibrato. Un'esperienza deludente, soprattutto considerando la disparità di trattamento tra uomini e donne.

09/04/2025: La entrada está escondida al final de una galería pero, una vez dentro, es un mundo diferente. El comedor del primer piso tiene vistas a la iglesia y las montañas y se puede ver la puesta de sol. El personal es servicial, acogedor y atento. No teníamos una reserva, pero nos dieron una mesa preciosa junto a la ventana. El servicio fue rápido, a pesar de que acogieron a 40 - niños extraños en el piso inferior en un viaje de esquí. La comida era fabulosa, desde pizzas de estilo napolitano hasta una enorme tabla de salumi / charcutería (sirve más de uno) y el sarro hecho de sabrosa carne de res criada regionalmente. Y excelente relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros restaurantes locales (como Pinky). Entre mi esposa, mi hija y yo, hemos estado viniendo a Sestriere durante años, pero esta es la primera vez que hemos estado en Il Centro en años. Muy recomendable.

20/07/2025: I've been coming to this pizzeria with my wife for years, or we get takeout, since we live a block away. And I can say that the quality has improved dramatically over the years, while the prices have remained reasonable. I appreciate that the menu offers a limited number of good pizzas; we've tried all the vegetarian options several times, and it's always a triumph of flavor. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a takeout, not to mention that the times we've stopped in for dinner, everything has always been excellent. Nothing to envy of the trio of ultra-famous pizzerias on Via XX Settembre. And above all, you'll never find pineapple pizza here! Keep up the good work, guys!

23/02/2025: The coffee was excellent, creamy and with an intense flavour, while the brioche was fresh and fragrant, with an abundant and tasty filling. I also appreciated the variety of options available, from sweets to savory options, all of excellent quality. A place that I absolutely recommend for a pleasant and quality breakfast. I will definitely be back!

17/07/2025: Mixed appetizer, two first courses, a bottle of wine and water for €92. That price is fair, but the ingredients need to be better. The appetizer was truly flavorless, the pasta with pistachio pesto was very watery, and the stracciatella was almost invisible with two raw shrimp. The pasta alla norma was also a bit bland, and it would take very little to make it good... €92, and they don't even replace the cutlery in a second-floor setting that's incredibly noisy and lacks much character. It's a real shame... for €92, we're flying to Sicily 😅 Little information about the wines. We ordered a Cataratto, and only after opening the bottle and pouring the wine did they tell us it was unfiltered... maybe the pizzas are good!!!

21/04/2025: Arrivati nel pomeriggio di oggi e accomodati nel dehors esterno, verso le 17. Viene raccolto il nostro ordine, due caffè. Poco dopo ritorna il cameriere, che ci riferisce che il locale sta per chiudere. Da un locale del genere non ci saremmo mai aspettati una tale caduta di stile, siamo rimasti attoniti.....non ci vedrà mai più.

25/06/2025: Terrible! I stopped by to buy cigarettes... they had them, but they told me they couldn't sell them because they were counting them 🤦🏻 I told them I was waiting for them to run out... But they were too busy doing nothing... 10.45pm

10/06/2025: Very small place, the bar counter has little space because it is covered with sweets that you can't even take the coffee. Also, I want to point out that the company has also increased the coffee to €1.50, more expensive than Autogrill and Sarni, and since they changed the coffee machine it is no longer as good as before, it is cold and no longer creamy, so it is better to get it in other places.

27/07/2025: Excellent experience. Dinner entirely based on seafood, truly delicious, fresh, and well-prepared. Everything was excellent, from the raw fish on up. I have to say, seafood cacio e pepe was tops. Very generous portions. Price was absolutely right. Excellent wine, very welcoming place. Staff attentive to customer needs. Congratulations!
