25/10/2025: Waitress didnt understand English and we have very limited Italian but we made it work. Food was actually good. Other staff apart from the 1st Waitress were more interested in singing happy birthday to a large party at the back of the restaurant. 1 drink was forgotten. When it came to the bill we were charged wrongly. Only 4 euros but was to embarrassed to mention. Card machine would not accept our card that we had been using the whole holiday and i didnt have enough cash to cover it. Used the same card less than 5 minutes later and it worked. Think the shop has Internet issues rather than it being our cards fault.

25/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, intrigued by the banner on the street, "Contrada dei Guardinfanti," and it was love at first sight. The restaurant's name says it all, and my two friends and I introduced ourselves as "Bourbons." Through laughter and chatter, we met Marianna and her two brothers who run this welcoming restaurant, rediscovering our shared roots. The menu offers a choice of a few dishes (four for each course), but they're surprising: Neapolitan tradition married with Piedmontese (for example, the excellent braised beef in Aglianico) or revisited (linguine with truffle and raw shrimp, cannoli filled with ricotta and mascarpone). There's a wide selection of wines, but I stuck with the superb Aglianico from Le Janare. We returned three nights and were never disappointed. Last but not least.... Don't forget the pizza, which I highly recommend (and the tiramisu too!!!)

28/09/2025: I'm new to Italy and tried to ask in Italian, "Do you have a table for three?", but the waiter curtly replied, "I don't understand," and walked away. They also didn't bother us because we were foreigners.

30/08/2025: The owner is quite grumpy. The ice cream is good, but the place is really uninviting. It's a shame.

17/10/2025: Yesterday we went to this restaurant to celebrate a graduation lunch (16 people). We were all satisfied with both the food and the service. The appetizers, first course, second course, and wine were all good quality. The outdoor terrace where we ate was very beautiful. The atmosphere is welcoming and charming. The waitresses were all kind, helpful, and smiling. It was truly a wonderful experience! The downside occurred shortly after we left. We left around 3:30 PM, and it was understandable that the staff was eager to leave, especially since the other tables had all been cleared away for a while. Unfortunately, when I left, I forgot the favor the birthday girl had given me on the table. I called back after 10 minutes to say I'd be back to get it, but the owner immediately told me the waitresses hadn't found anything (they were so quick to inquire!) and if they had, he would have called me back right away (of course, he didn't). IN MY OPINION, RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE EXTENDED EVEN AFTER PAYMENT (16 people). Personally, I am deeply disappointed by his behavior. With a little more attention, my review would have undoubtedly been a 5-star one.

09/10/2025: Quick service, location a bit penalized by the area, I ate cold pizza due to the distance between the restaurant and my home, so no blame on the pizzeria.

27/09/2025: 8 PM: I'd like a pizza delivery and to spend the evening watching a movie. 8:15 PM: The pizzeria will take an hour to deliver the pizza. Okay, still acceptable. 9:15 PM: I call again and the lady tells me they still have to make them. 15 minutes and they'll be there. 9:45 PM: I call again. The delivery man is about to take the order, the pizzas have just come out of the oven. 9:55 PM: The pizza arrives at my house. Evening ruined. Now I have to do other things and go to sleep. The pizzeria took the money, but I didn't have my evening, though.

09/11/2025: I ordered a kebab to take away. The food was good and the prices were very reasonable. Recommended.

25/08/2025: The bubble tea was so sweet I love it, I ordered baos and they arrived warm. The atmosphere was great 10/10 would come again (and I do every opening)

20/08/2025: The outdoor seating is wonderful, ordering is quick, and the sausage pizza and tiramisu are very good.

18/10/2025: One of Turin's most charming establishments, as well as one of Italy's first cafés. Caffè San Carlo boasts a historic location that every tourist should visit at least once, to immerse themselves in the elegant style that best represents Turin. Regarding the quality of the products, I personally would have expected something more to justify the high price: although both the Carla and the other pastries were very good, I didn't appreciate the strong buttery flavor typical of all the pastries we ordered, nor, at times, the lackluster pastry. The drinks were much better. Overall, a good experience, but I personally don't think it justifies the price.

18/10/2025: It’s an insanely good place. Right in the heart of Turin. Best Cornetto I’ve ever had and the coffee was sublime. The interior is superb.

27/10/2025: This restaurant combines sushi and Chinese cuisine under an all-you-can-eat formula. Excellent, very tasty food. The service is very fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. Located in a commercial area, it's easy to get to and convenient for parking.

06/06/2025: We came here by chance, as our hotel was nearby, and we decided to stay there for a few days because everything was fantastic. The waiter prepared a breakfast to our liking and, along with the lady, treated us wonderfully. We are foreigners and have different breakfast preferences, and he was super patient and attentive even though we had different languages ​​and customs. Absolutely recommended! 06/10/2025: A very nice place in the center of Turin, but unfortunately the experience wasn't the best. The wait was definitely excessive, both for ordering and between courses. The welcome appetizer included in the menu wasn't served. The wine was mediocre, and the food was unimpressive (especially considering the price). Still, it's a very nice and intimate place. It's a shame.
