We tried a bit of everything: appetizers, Piedmontese fried rabbit, homemade agnolotti, tripe, risotto, and focaccia with salami—the best of both worlds. The selection of local wines and top-notch grappas is also excellent. Let's not forget the desserts, both fried and non-fried. My favorite is the bonètt. The service was attentive without being intrusive, always with a smile and great professionalism—wonderful. The Piedmontese fritto misto is excellent; reserve when you reserve your table. The first courses are plentiful and excellent, especially the gnocchi. I'd like to start by saying a few words about the "blonde" waitress, as one reviewer nicknamed her, because some of the reviews I've read seem truly unfair. She may not be the kind of person who greets you with a huge smile 😊, but if she's polite and kind, she's absolutely pleasant. Sometimes a little more empathy from the customers would be enough. As for the food, I'd say it was pretty good overall. I didn't have high expectations, and in fact the cuisine is simple, with no particular surprises. The prices seemed just a little high. The only slight disappointment were the burgers, which I expected to be more carefully prepared and less "standard" and industrial.
