We've dined here several times and it's never disappointed. The food is delicious and the setting is very relaxing with lovely background music. Highly recommended.

Repeated the experience a few months later. Excellent cheese platter, impeccable duck breast and braised beef, good wine, and lots of friendly service. 👌 A surprisingly refined menu in a mountain hut. A simple place for hikers who don't want to settle for the usual polenta. Enchanting location in the woods but easily accessible by car from the summit of Col del Lys. Tried the slow-cooked duck steak, excellent quality meat cooked to perfection.

We went here today for lunch after a morning in the snow. The place is gorgeous and the food is very good. We were just a little disappointed with the roast beef with potatoes: 1 small slice of ham and a small handful of potatoes for 16 euros! But the first courses and polenta were more plentiful and delicious! Another negative note: we asked for plain pasta for a 4-year-old girl and they charged us 10 euros, so it's not exactly cheap.

04/06/2026: I celebrated my children's confirmation and first communion, and we all had a wonderful time. The location was beautiful and welcoming, both inside and out. The staff were extremely helpful, from the owner to the waiters. Highly recommended.

22/07/2026: A simple but very friendly place! The pizza is good, as are the desserts, and the bill is reasonable. The staff is professional and courteous, and the service is well-organized. Dining outside is delightful in warm weather, but remember to bring at least a sweatshirt! For those interested, a short walk away, perhaps before a refreshing dinner, you can visit the Resistance memorial sites in Val Sangone.
