The first non-all-you-can-eat sushi I've tried, what can I say? Flavors I've never tasted before, the fish melts in your mouth. We went with the lunch menu, which is obviously not like an AYCE restaurant, but we still left feeling full. The prices are obviously high, but the quality is top-notch and the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Unlike other locations in Turin of the same chain, this restaurant offers an excellent selection of ramen. The vegetarian soba noodles with tofu are very good. Highly recommended.

Today I went to Japs. I ordered a 20-piece sushi platter (called "Sushi San"), which cost €22; a miso soup for €4, which was very good, with well-balanced guusyi. For dessert, a trio of salted caramel mochi. I highly recommend this. The atmosphere is very nice. The rooms are dark, and there are overhead lights that focus your attention on your food. The service is quite helpful. I recommend booking. The prices are quite reasonable.
