26/01/2026: I went to dinner with a friend of mine on a Saturday night. We didn't reserve, but we found a table and were seated right away. We both had pizza. The ingredients were very good. I ordered the Monviso pizza, and both the leeks and sausage were very good. I also had the fried calamari, which was good and plentiful. The desserts were also good.

18/01/2026: A well-kept and welcoming place. We had the pizza: excellent! Judging by the tables next to them, the other dishes, meticulously prepared, must have been delicious too. The owners and staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Highly recommended if you're passing through Savigliano.

18/01/2026: I had a very disappointing experience with Venchi. In December, I placed an online order for a panettone and a box of chocolates as a gift, for a total amount of €64. At the time of purchase, the delivery timeframe was clearly stated as less then 5 days to France. However, once the tracking number was issued (with a delay), the delivery date was suddenly postponed, already contradicting the information provided at checkout. The situation then deteriorated even further. The courier attempted delivery one day earlier than the announced date, at a time when I was not at home. The courier was unable to leave the parcel, nor redirect it to any nearby pickup point — which is completely unacceptable in 2025 for a standard delivery service. The following day, a second delivery attempt was scheduled at a highly inconvenient time, while I was at work. Unsurprisingly, the delivery failed again, and the parcel was sent back to the sender. According to the tracking information, the parcel was successfully returned and received by Venchi. Since then, I have not been contacted at all. No email, no explanation, no apology, no refund proposal. It is a total failure of customer service and post-purchase follow-up! The order was intended as a gift and became completely useless due to poor logistics and a shocking lack of professionalism. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is frankly unacceptable. Keeping a customer’s money after a failed delivery without any proactive communication is not only disappointing, it is borderline disrespectful. I am still waiting for a refund and for Venchi to take responsibility for this situation. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering online from this brand.

21/12/2025: Passing by today, chocolate is quite expensive. I bought some dark chocolate balls, but I wasn't satisfied with the taste.

14/05/2026: Lunch and tasting. Everything was perfect. With a relaxing winery tour.

19/04/2026: We had lunch here with a group. The tables were very spacious and the place was bright and airy. The staff was friendly but a little disorganized. The food was very good.

28/04/2026: Not recommended for workers who don't show up in a suit and tie. We're sorry we messed up the entrance with our dusty shoes. The name of the place should honor the Bersaglieri (Italian soldiers) who died defending their country.

19/04/2026: I bought a three-flavor ice cream for €2.50. It was shameful to see the microscopic amount they put on the cone. It's okay to be stingy, but this is beyond stinginess. Gelateria Santa Maria is better. The quality is superior, much superior, and the quantities are just right. I'll never go there again.

10/05/2026: A charming little restaurant under the arcades of Mondovì. Cuisine using genuine ingredients and delicious dishes prepared by a chef who is attentive to quality and the palate. Good service.

21/04/2026: I recommend it for the simple service and the nice, convenient location in the center of Mondovì, not for the prices listed on the menu. The basic menu offers a choice of 4 appetizers, 4 first courses, 4 second courses, and side dishes. It's fine because I think it's fair, without too much waste in the kitchen. The quality of the ingredients is good, and they offer a seasonal menu. I can't give it 4 stars because online prices range from €20 to €40. It's better to write between €30 and €45. A hot appetizer like a vegetable flan or a Fassona steak tartare, for €12 (plus water), is already close to the minimum listed. For clarity, it's better to write €30 and up, so expectations are clear. But if you come in and leave for €20, you get nothing. The portions are certainly questionable and certainly not generous. I don't think I'll return. Sorry.

10/11/2025: I've been frequenting this place for a short while now. The coffee is excellent, with a wide selection. It's the perfect spot for a quick, high-quality lunch. The staff is friendly and pleasant. Also excellent for breakfast, with a wide selection of pastries. The place is very cute and inviting, located in the center of Bra.

09/11/2025: This morning, amidst the chaos of Sunday breakfasts, we stopped at this pastry shop, and I'm happy to give it 5 stars because, in addition to finding an excellent selection of pastries and a delicious cappuccino, we found the staff friendly and smiling. 18/10/2025: I agree with everyone about the quality of the products. I'm knocking one star off because of the human factor, even though I think it's a characteristic of the area. If someone asks for something and the "auto responder" keeps repeating "thank you," perhaps something needs to be reworked.
