08/09/2025: This year is the second time we've stayed at the hotel and we had a wonderful time. Mrs. Lella is always very kind and prepares delicious dishes. The room was also very welcoming, with a terrace and a panoramic view. We'll be back soon.
29/08/2025: We ate at this little bar-restaurant on the way down from the Col de l'Arche / Madellena Pass.
We received a wonderful welcome from the lovely staff, and we ate very, very well at a more than reasonable price (which you don't find in France 😅).

30/01/2026: Decent pizza. The place is really too small. You can't move around and it feels a bit uncomfortable. Prices and cover charge are decidedly high for the service offered. Furthermore, a simple substitution of a cold cut (prosciutto crudo instead of bresaola) was charged as an extra €3. For a pizza in Saluzzo, you're better off going elsewhere.

02/05/2026: For years, it was always my favorite ice cream shop; I thought it was the best in the province.
About a year ago, I noticed the quality had dropped, and once I found a hair in the ice cream... I later discovered they had changed management... so I realized it wasn't just my impression, but the ice cream wasn't the same anymore.

21/04/2026: The place isn't large, but it's well-kept and family-run, with a very kind lady.
We had an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, a side dish, dessert, coffee, and a grappa.
Everything was really good value for money.
The fillet steak was phenomenal, I highly recommend it.
Another tip: since the place is limited, I recommend booking, especially in the evening.

We were disappointed that they didn't have any gluten-free options other than salad and a few appetizers/main courses, so those with us had to stick to salad and crackers.

01/05/2026: This cafe is truly fantastic! The food is delicious, everything is prepared with great care, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help.
I really loved everything: the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, perfect for spending time with friends or alone. The decorations are beautiful and create a warm and cozy atmosphere.
I highly recommend this place—I'll definitely be back!

02/08/2025: A decidedly well-kept and elegant bar inside, with precise and impeccable service, and absolutely top-quality dishes, always tasty and well-prepared. Kudos to the chef 👏👏.
Prices are fair and I'd say competitive. 👍
I recommend it for business lunches or breaks with friends.
The only area I think could be improved is the outdoor area. Perhaps a raised section to bring the last row of tables up to par with the others, and a separation from street level with planters along the entire perimeter, would add something extra. 😉
