Bar Nando di Piosso Laura In Manta

20/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at their restaurant! We stumbled upon lunch here almost by chance on Sunday, July 19, 2026, after visiting the Monviso adventure park (just above the village). They even let us sit without a reservation. There are tables both inside and outside, but in the heat and sun of lunchtime, it's best to sit inside. The menu includes three types of polenta (polenta with stewed sausage, or with stew, or concia). They're all delicious, and the desserts (we had the bonèt and the tiramisu, which you can also order half a portion because the portions are so generous) were delicious. The staff is made up of young men and women, very kind, friendly, and super helpful. Well done everyone!
