09/11/2025: Top-notch pastry shop. Excellent gluten-free options and a wide selection of puff pastry. I also tried the small pastries and was amazed by the quality of the cream puffs, with their fresh cream fillings and balanced flavors. Many compliments to the courteous and prompt staff. The place is clean and has the feel of a local café, perfect for reading a paper or chatting.
04/09/2025: I had the opportunity to taste her pastries brought by a friend where she often uses them due to her son's intolerance problems. Well, I haven't eaten such good and light pastries for a long time. I want to go back also because I find the owner to be a special person ♥️♥️

The menu is high-quality, and the tasting menu is recommended, ideal for savoring a variety of dishes in generous portions. Service is efficient, and the staff is courteous.
26/10/2025: Welcoming and fun atmosphere. Good appetizers. Tagliolini with ragù was excellent. Plin was good.
Risotto wasn't the best.

30/12/2025: I consider this bakery historic and unique in the entire Varaita Valley. For over 50 years, I've occasionally come here to buy their bread, with its rare homemade flavor and texture.
Congratulations and well done everyone.
15/11/2025: The bread is usually good, but when they don't sell it, they pass off bread that's 2-3 days old as fresh, while what they call "yesterday's" is clearly a week old. Don't tell them it's not true because we're not stupid.

30/05/2026: Beautiful place, very well-kept. The waiters were very young and inexperienced, but that's understandable, we all started somewhere. The food was a huge disappointment. Salmon salad with fruit and caramelized onions. Beautifully presented, but it was just plain old smoked salmon slices with fresh fruit scattered around the plate. Disjointed, no noteworthy pairings, basically just ingredients thrown together at random.
The second course was bland cod with a few vegetables on the side.
A huge disappointment.
Some of the other diners' dishes were good, but overall I'd say it wasn't a pleasant dinner.
10/05/2026: I thank the chef and all the staff at Villa Salina who looked after us with such care and attention for my daughter's First Communion. The food was excellent and the service was attentive and meticulous. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

16/09/2025: Lunch with friends. First time in April, good impression (5-star review). Second time (and last...) terrible rating. Fixed menu, no prices listed (required by law...). Poorly executed dishes, exorbitant price (€55 per person!). Never again! Lost seven customers in one fell swoop.

10/02/2026: I read the nice comments and wanted to try it... at first glance the pizza is smaller than the pizzas around, it's not a 33 diameter, but 28 😉 the dough doesn't rise much and it's not crumbly, most of the ingredients are from cans and you can tell, they are not fresh products such as mushrooms, artichokes, etc... the prices are not very justified for what you get... for me there are pizzerias where you eat much better....

30/05/2026: We found it by chance mid-afternoon for takeout (they welcomed us at 3:30 PM with great flexibility). The service was incredibly fast: in 10 minutes or less, the food for three people was ready to go. The grilled ravioli are out of this world, as are the egg rolls and the soy noodles with chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was exceptional, with a delicious sauce and chopped pineapple. The staff is super cheerful and friendly: they even gave us a free Coke. Highly recommended!

01/05/2026: Visited for lunch on Sunday, May 1st. Booked ahead of time. 8 adults and 3 small children. Stunning views of the Langhe east of La Morra. Aside from a very steep and poorly maintained road, it's easy to get to. Mixed menu, including a set menu and a la carte options. Overall, considering the discount, the price is fair. Service is courteous but unpretentious, and friendly. Honestly, the wait times were a bit long, especially at the beginning (after I pointed this out, they made up for it). A solid offering; some dishes were better than others, but all were more than adequate.
Worth considering in the area.
€400 total, including two bottles of wine and the eight menus.
25/04/2026: Recently under new management, everything has been modernized, including the rooms and restaurant. Nicola is an excellent host, extremely kind and always available to offer recommendations for food or wine. A beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view, all at the foot of La Morra.
