Try the ravioli (without the final "s" or they'll get angry), a typical potato and flour gnocchi without eggs or cheese in the dough, unlike other recipes like ravioli with toumin dal mel. The sauce is, of course, almost brown butter, cream, and parmesan. The main courses, like the wild boar, are also delicious.
