Good morning, for a restaurant inside an outlet, we were very pleasantly surprised. Neapolitan by name, they are excellent in their hospitality, service, food, and everything else. It's worth going there and combining it with the outlet. We definitely plan to return in the future. Highly recommended.

If you're craving a delicious mixed fried fish dish, this is the perfect place. We stumbled upon it by accident, but were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity. The two of us couldn't finish it, so we even took some home with us. Highly recommended. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Excellent!

The food was average, not excellent. The pastiera was excellent. They don't record The Fork reservations and therefore don't offer the discount.

Excellent restaurant/pizzeria. Traditional Neapolitan dishes with a twist. I had a delicious pasta and potatoes dish made according to Neapolitan tradition. The staff were kind and friendly.

07/06/2026: We ate here on our first day in Piemonte, where we have two objectives: eat good food and drink good wine. In one meal at 4 Ciance these were easily met and exceeded. The food was delightful: we had the four (6 really) course tasting menu: gazpacho and focaccia as amuse bouches, cockerel terrine, cod, seafood pasta (my favourite), veal cheek, a selection of local cheeses (my husband had the selection of desserts), and petits fours of cannoli and a little chocolate and raspberry tart. This was accompanied by a white wine from the region (grillobianche) which was light and minerally and accompanied the food perfectly. The service was fantastic - friendly and professional and attentive. The atmosphere was very pleasant - all the tables were full and everyone was enjoying themselves, but they were well spaced so you could have a conversation without needing to raise your voice; no doubt helped by the impressive vaulted ceilings. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, and we found it to be well priced too, given the quality of the ingredients and the cooking. Thank you for making our first night in Piemonte so enjoyable!
14/05/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide. A genuine gastronomic experience, excellent Piedmontese cuisine, with a surf and turf menu for 45 euros. Very good value for money. The vaulted setting is magnificent and the service impeccable. Don't hesitate!

20/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience! ​We ate at this wonderful restaurant and the experience was impeccable. We ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared and truly delicious dishes. ​The location is an added bonus: the view, surrounded by greenery, is beautiful and creates a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. A very positive note: since it was in season, we were also able to buy strawberries and asparagus directly from them, which were simply delicious, fresh, and locally sourced. ​Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
