Good service. Starter I had of veal and tuna sauce was both enormous and very good. Unfortunately the second course of rabbit was tough and overcooked. Rabbit has to be cooked slowly and over a long time as it was in another restaurant nearby.

A welcoming place where I've enjoyed myself for the second time, despite the Roman evenings, which are therefore crowded.
The dishes are always well-balanced, with top-quality ingredients and a wine list for all tastes, sure to please even the most discerning palates.
The fantastic desserts deserve a special mention, in my opinion.

🌟 A constructive review: great atmosphere, but a small slip-up on the main courses
The restaurant is very welcoming, featuring beautiful rustic finishes and warm, hospitable staff. The menu, though concise, is extremely select and offers varied and well-balanced dishes. The wine list also deserves a mention: extensive, varied, and reasonably priced.
Here's our experience in detail:
• Monferrato appetizer (Rating: 4/5): A selection of small tastings of Piedmontese cuisine. The dish was very elegantly presented; the ingredients were fresh and decidedly pleasing to the palate.
• Fassona rib-eye steak with vegetables (Rating: 1/5): The sore point of the evening. I had requested rare, but the meat was served significantly overcooked, leaving a nasty bitter aftertaste. The side vegetables were also a bit burnt and, consequently, bitter.
• Amaretti semifreddo with caramel dipped in hot chocolate (Rating: 5/5): An exquisite dessert, served with a presentation and composition that's nothing short of perfect.
Grandma Gina's touch:
As a loyal customer of good food, I know that anyone can make a mistake in the kitchen, especially when working at full speed. This review is in no way intended to be disparaging, but rather to offer constructive advice for a restaurant that already boasts many qualities and great attention to detail.
I will definitely return for another dinner, confident that next time the cuisine will reach its full potential!
