10/10/2025: I didn't know, I was very happy, the pizza was delicious, the dough was sublime, truly excellent and also very honest, as far as I'm concerned, 1st place in Novi and the surrounding area.

29/09/2025: The gluten-free pizzas are very good, and since they've made gluten-free desserts, everything has improved dramatically. I also ordered a beautiful and delicious gluten-free cake: congratulations!

23/10/2025: I visited the property for lunch but I had the opportunity to see the rooms and the enormous work they do to create a high-level farmhouse, with excellent food and service in a truly beautiful setting.

15/10/2025: This is a review of the restaurant only, as we were not guests of hotel. I dined here with a group of friends on the last day of our Italy trip. We saved the best for last. We pulled into the parking lot at sunset, so our evening started with spectacular views. We were welcomed warmly, and enjoyed the relaxed pace of the service. The menu featured simple ingredients with a creative and delicious twist. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the rabbit needs a special mention. It was by far the most delicious rabbit dish I have ever tasted. We were fortunate enough to meet the proprietors, and we were made to feel like family. This special evening will become a core memory.

11/10/2025: Just over an hour away from Milan and 35min from Genova you can feel like the busy life is planets away. This gem of a hotel is super comfortable, the spa is great, the pool is nice and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. As if that wasn’t enough, the restaurant is a gem in and of itself too.

28/09/2025: Very cute place, with a very characteristic exposed stone dining room. Clean bathrooms, and the waitress, Greta, is very friendly and always on point. The pizza 🍕 is truly top-notch. Highly recommended. I was a guest, so I don't know the prices.

26/09/2025: One evening with a friend of mine, I ordered a pizza pala, a 60 cm pizza for two, with a choice of three toppings. It's another planet, you have to try it. The owners welcome you with courtesy and advise you on choosing the toppings. Courtesy and quality are the winning move.

10/10/2025: We toured the cellars and had a tasting. The guide (winemaker) was knowledgeable and thorough. The cellar tour was interesting and informative. The tasting was excellent for the wines, excellent for the cured meats and cheeses, but poor for the bread. Overall, a very satisfying and appreciated experience.

19/09/2025: Gabiano Castle is impeccably preserved and offers a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My wife and I chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the 3 Clocks Suite: spacious, spotlessly clean, with an extremely comfortable king-size bed and a splendid view of the internal courtyard. Don't miss the tour of the historic cellars and the wine tasting, which perfectly completes the experience. A much-appreciated bonus: pets are welcome, which isn't a given in properties of this caliber. A stay that will remain in our fondest memories.

01/11/2025: We went for lunch today. We hadn't been there since the renovations. I have to say, it's always good. Fast service, always good food. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area.

25/10/2025: The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the food is amazing! Despite the seasonings and spices, everything is light and digestible, and you'll never want to end it. The butter chicken and all their breads are a must-try.

09/11/2025: We had lunch on a Saturday at this beautiful place! The tasting menu was greatly appreciated by the entire table and gave us the chance to try every dish on the menu! The starters were all delicious, I couldn't choose one in particular... the woman who looked after us was excellent at giving us advice, very kind and professional... a place definitely worth trying! A gem in the heart of Monferrato.

02/11/2025: Situated in a truly enchanting location, Ristorante La Rocca di Camagna has proven to be an excellent discovery for those who wish to immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Piedmontese cuisine. The dishes offered are of remarkable quality, with fresh ingredients and recipes that celebrate the traditions of Monferrato. I found the appetizers particularly carefully crafted, but the real highlight is the cuisine, with excellent dishes that remain faithful to the rich local tradition. The typical Monferrato dishes, such as agnolotti, are highly recommended. The wine selection is another of the restaurant's strong points. The cellar is well-stocked, offering a wide selection of labels, perfect for accompanying every course. The fine wine I chose enhanced the flavors of the dishes, making the gastronomic experience complete and satisfying. The interior is very beautiful and refined, a blend of elegance and rusticity that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If possible, the experience is further enhanced by the opportunity to visit the family's Infernot, an immersion in the history and culture of the area. The location also offers a breathtaking view of the Monferrato hills. The staff was friendly, courteous, and competent, contributing to the impeccable service and a very pleasant experience. In short: La Rocca di Camagna is more than just a restaurant, it's a true sensory experience. It's the ideal place to enjoy traditional Piedmontese cuisine in an enchanting and evocative setting. Highly recommended!

10/11/2025: A lovely venue with excellent craft beers and live music on Fridays. The food is excellent, with many reinterpretations of pub fare and local ingredients. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is the food prices, which are slightly above average for similar venues (beer prices are similar).

24/10/2025: My first time at this restaurant. Excellent dinner with local and authentic dishes. Memories of dishes we hadn't tasted in years, today, revisited with the same goodness and tradition. We split each dish in half to enjoy more, finishing each dish with a healthy mop of bread. The house wine by the glass was also good. The standout dish was definitely the Piedmontese snails (delicious), the fresh tartare, seasoned just right—it was a shame to eat the last bite, I would have gladly had more. The fried frogs, a treat I hadn't had in decades. They were delicious, the only small flaw being a bit too much bread in the breading, but they were still tasty and fun to eat. To finish the meal, we had a warm tomino cheese with honey and chestnuts. A great compromise for dessert, which we passed on due to lack of room. The place is very modern, cute, and clean (service included), which is not a given in a trattoria. In short, we can only say thank you to everyone and, for sure, we'll see you soon. Keep it up, you're the best 🤗🥂 The entire staff was so welcoming, we had a great time and felt at ease... it was like we were regulars. It's definitely become our favorite place for future dinners.
