23/08/2024: Nice find. The restaurant offers typical dishes of the Piedmontese tradition. The very kind and helpful staff advised us in choosing the menu. Meatless ravioli, tagliatelle with white rabbit ragù and a carpione mix. To conclude, a chocolate bunet and an eggnog mousse with krumiri. All very good! A more than positive experience to be repeated.

20/08/2024: Ah, how wonderful Plato would be, sitting at a table in the Osteria Amarotto. Yes, because it is simple, sitting in front of a plate of agnolotti "al napkin", to understand what an Idea is in its perfection and how close we are to it, more or less. There, in the sky of ideas, the perfect agnolotto, model and inspiration for all those who cook it everywhere, with variable results. Here, at Amarotto, agnolotti so close to that ideal perfection that they can be served simply cooked and without any seasoning, because they are so precise that they must be eaten alone, without the distraction of seasonings, 'naked' and perfect like ancient Greek statues in the perfect harmony of bodies. Axioms, unprovable like those at the basis of geometry theorems, and yet, just as it is true that two parallel lines never meet, and for this reason we can travel by train, in the same way it is a certainty that Amarotto's kitchen produces agnolotti that they are, to quote Veronelli, "sung mass". This restaurant is a necessary and valuable stop. The senses and the mind rejoice because, by concentrating for just a moment, you learn a lot from the expert magic that is served by a professional, attentive, discreet and yet involved staff capable of guiding you into the joy of a sumptuous meal. A restaurant that thus fulfills, with great professionalism, its important role as custodian of preparations that should be maintained and explained. It is up to us to sit at the table and listen, to give due (and more) recognition to those who work with similar intelligence. Not just agnolotti, the rest of the menu is also sensational for its rigor and wisdom. Bunet is pure eroticism. Savvy wine list, up to expectations in an area sacred to Bacchus. Definitely honest prices in relation to the maximum quality served in the dishes. And to think that there are those who dare to ask the same prices for poorly cooked dishes, designed only to fill bellies with minimal expense and make a profit by exploiting this moment of frenzied tourism. However, all this remains well outside of Amarotto, an oasis of intelligent pleasure in food and a celebration for lovers of true, universal cuisine, which crosses time, ensuring joy for ever new generations.

24/08/2024: The restaurant, with its suggestive brick vaults, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately won us over. The cuisine was a real surprise: the meat, tender and tasty, melted in the mouth and the truffle dishes were an explosion of flavour. The attentive and courteous staff completed a truly unforgettable dining experience.

16/07/2024: Nous avons atterri au hasard dans cette épicerie/restaurant et nous sommes ravis de cette escale au calme, dans une petite rue pas très fréquentée! Le patron s’est plié en 4 pour nous installer une table pour 5 dehors, il s’est démené pour proposer quelque chose à manger qui pouvait plaire à mes 3 enfants en bas âge!! Il nous a servi comme si nous étions des rois!! Nous avons pris des planches de charcuterie et fromage et nous n’avons pas été déçus!! Produits locaux de qualité! Belle hospitalité que nous n’avions pas encore rencontrée dans les différentes escales faites en Italie! Je recommande!!

01/09/2024: Conosco il ristorante da oltre 30 anni, da quando Maria in cucina e Delfino al bancone accoglievano i commensali nel precedente locale, ho fatto li il mio pranzo di nozze nel 1995. I figli continuano una tradizione di buon cibo e cortesia. Ci torno sempre con piacere

30/06/2024: Sosta fortunata di ritorno da Torino. In tre persone abbiamo preso 2 antipasti di vitello tonnato, 1 lasagnetta ed 1 agnolotto al ragù di brasato oltre ad un roast beef e tre semifreddi di cremino. Tutto ottimo e semifreddi insuperabili. Personale cortese e veloce. Ottima esperienza.

24/08/2024: Colorful cozy setting in a side street of the square. We received a warm welcome from the staff (who also speak English) and sat on the terrace in a pleasant bustle. Angolo Divino has a lot of variety in the types of (delicious!) dishes, and an extensive wine list. Highly recommended for an evening of relaxing enjoyment!

28/06/2024: What a beautiful meal. We were recommended this restaurant by our accommodation villa Morengo It was a short drive to an amazing huge venue. We were greeted At the door by a charming waiter who spoke beautiful English. The food was heaven. Beautifully presented and stunning to eat. Great introduction to our first evening in Italy. We asked for a Glass Of wine and it was presented and selected for us. Great choice. Don’t miss this fantastic dining experience. Thank you to the chef, patron and all the staff. 19/05/2024: Tutto ottimo, dagli antipasti al primo al secondo, d'altronde stimo parlando di un ristorante stellato Michelin e con la targhetta Rotary.. Completano la descrizione la raffinatezza della location, la cordialità del personale e la possibilità di chiedere bis e tris per gli stomaci più ampi ed esigenti: qualità e quantità!

27/07/2024: cambio gestione in luglio......pessimo....oltre che caro...ragazzi maleducati ...se volete un consiglio evitatelo.... circa 40 euro a persona e se prendete una fetta di ananas in piu dovete pagarla perche sforate il budget...politica aziendale.. questa la risposta.

30/07/2024: Absolutely avoid!!! very dirty place, the bathrooms not even the public ones are so dirty, cutlery all greasy with grease... the glasses still with the marks of the mouth of what they drank before, inedible food, made by a chef perhaps Pakistani, frozen stuff nothing fresh. The owner is not capable of doing his job, he doesn't know how to behave with customers, he doesn't know how to bring things to the table with hygiene, he lets his hand touch the food, even the drinks with his fingers in the glass, he smokes while he talks and serves customers, plus there is a lady with tachi 12 who walks around the restaurant and when I call her to the table she hides, it seems like a joke, however we made a bad choice to go to this place and we went because we saw the photos and we thought it was a beautiful place above all that could eat well, They ruined our evening.
