10/11/2025: A lovely restaurant in a small town a few kilometers from Casale Monferrato. The atmosphere is youthful yet unobtrusive, and the cuisine is excellent, prepared with great care and expertise. The service is efficient and available for any questions or requests regarding the various dishes. The menu is very carefully curated and delicious. Definitely worth a try.

13/09/2025: We're in Piedmont, but the tradition is that of the Ligurian hinterland. This historic restaurant dates back to the late 19th century, a traditional Genoese trattoria now renovated with a touch of class in the dining room and kitchen. The green fetuccine with mushroom sauce is exactly what you dream of finding in a place like this: thin, with a sauce that you appreciate first for its aroma and then for its taste. Pansotti revisited with a lovely blend of herbs, perfect mushroom-style mushrooms, and an innovative and flavorful duck breast. The menu offers many dishes, and a special mention goes to the breadsticks and the three types of bread served at the table, all undoubtedly homemade. A pleasant surprise, definitely worth traveling a few kilometers to visit. There aren't many places like this in Liguria; I can only think of two others!

The Salami and Gorgonzola recommended by the owner was without a doubt the best salami pizza I've ever had: the aroma of the spicy oil and the depth of the cheese were perfect. You can tell there's a true passion for pizza here! The entire staff was incredibly kind, cheerful, and truly welcoming. Thanks to them, I had a happy and enjoyable evening. Plus, it was the first time I'd tried farinata, and it was truly delicious! 😋

This makes the difference between a professional and a non-professional! Thanks for the confirmation :-) Average pizza... shame about the staff, who were particularly rude.

24/09/2025: A Saturday lunchtime stop. The raw meat was excellent, the peppers delicate with bagna cauda, ​​and the mixed fried fish. The full menu is highly recommended for its value.

05/10/2025: I celebrated my wedding just yesterday at Valle del Prato, and it was a fabulous day. Emiliano and his wife are two exquisite restaurateurs with extraordinary kindness. Every dish served was incredibly delicious and meticulously prepared. My wife and I, and all our guests, were treated like kings and queens. The location speaks for itself, its enchanting beauty almost like something out of a fairytale. I must emphasize that 5 stars are far too few to express how happy I was to celebrate my wedding here. If you enjoy good wine, good food, gracious hospitality, and the lush greenery of the countryside, you absolutely must stop here at Valle del Prato. We will definitely be back ❤️

07/07/2025: We were for a wedding, beautiful place, excellent food, the only shame was the heat, even inside the venue without air conditioning...this was the only flaw.

17/11/2025: We were in a group, the tourist menu was difficult to judge, but what we ate was good in a nice setting and with friendly staff.
