A skilled and passionate kitchen offers exquisite dishes, enhanced by the combination of ingredients and aesthetics. 12/05/2026: This exceptional restaurant, nestled in a peaceful setting, boasts a terrace overlooking the cloister of a former abbey. The service is outstanding and the value for money is excellent.

16/06/2026: In the center of Rivalta, near a shaded parking lot, a small sign announces the restaurant's presence. You enter into a very airy courtyard, which leads to the rooms, some with frescoed ceilings. A loggia with vaulted ceilings and an ancient column overlooks the bright courtyard. The cuisine is typical of Piedmontese tradition, varied and inviting. Dishes are generously portioned. A large wood-fired oven allows for the cooking of large farinatas. The bunet is amazing. A wide selection of wines. Fair prices. Thank goodness there are still places like this around.
