01/11/2025: I ate here with some colleagues, and I must say I had a really good time: the dishes were all very well prepared and carefully crafted. We had several different dishes, including the delicious white truffle (and not that expensive, I must say), and the 63°C egg. Aside from the wines, we had an excellent magnum bottle of Bricco dell'Uccellone, divine. Recommended!

22/10/2025: A restaurant with excellent value for money. Service is perhaps a little cold, but still very professional, while in my opinion the setting calls for something warmer. We opted for some off-menu dishes, based on porcini mushrooms, without asking the price, and we didn't have any unpleasant surprises, a sign of their professionalism. Everything was very good, well done.

02/11/2025: I had lunch today with a friend, an excellent osteria! The menu selection is extensive, the food is incredibly fresh and delicious at a very fair price, and the staff is very welcoming and kind. I especially want to compliment Mattia, the waiter, who looked after us throughout the experience. He was welcoming from the start, very patient in explaining the menu items, and very helpful in guiding us throughout the meal. He's truly a wonderful person. Overall, I highly recommend this osteria; I hope to return soon.

17/11/2025: Lunch with a group of friends from Vercelli. The atmosphere was lovely, the owner was very kind, and the food was delicious. The bagna cauda was excellent, as a Cuneo native. Highly recommended.

13/11/2025: Pizzeria da Pietrino – Vignole Borbera An excellent pizzeria in every way. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed. The pizzas are truly delicious, made with quality ingredients and always cooked to perfection. I chose a pizza with Kamut dough, which was truly light and flavorful. A unique plus is the option to choose between three sizes: regular, large, or extra-large. I chose the extra-large and was completely satisfied: generous, well-topped, and delicious. The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming, ideal for a pleasant dinner. Excellent value: you can eat very well for a reasonable price. An absolute guarantee in Vignole Borbera. Highly recommended!

24/08/2025: I had lunch on August 15th and didn't use the rooms. The restaurant is very beautiful, with outdoor seating and a large living room. The potato and porcini mushroom tart and the ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers are special.
