20/05/2025: Restaurant Very refined with a particular environment as it is a deconsecrated church and where there is an open kitchen without protective glass. The staff is really kind and efficient. Careful food and careful research of flavors and colors. Excellent experience, but not abundant dishes. Wide choice of wines.

10/05/2025: Great modern restaurant in an abandoned church. Interesting menu, everything very tasty and beautifully presented. Even better wine list, the boss of the house is a wine connoisseur and you can also try great wines by the glass. Very nice experience!!

08/06/2025: Delicious wine shop that offers a variety of excellent wines, not to mention the fantastic Gin Aroma of its own production. You can't miss stopping by if you are passing through Tortona. Furthermore, the food proposals are excellent and of the highest quality. I will always and only return there when I happen to be in those parts again.

10/06/2025: An elegant and tastefully furnished restaurant. Even though we booked late on Sunday for lunch, the staff reserved a nice table for us in the dining room and looked after us excellently throughout the lunch. My boyfriend and I ordered the trio of appetizers, homemade cheese gnocchi and napkin agnolotti, all delicious! 😋 Prices are a bit high compared to other taverns but that's okay for the quality of the products and the service.

25/05/2025: "I just spent a simply fantastic day at the Gallina Ristorante di Villa Sparina resort. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, the staff was impeccable and attentive to our every need. The quality of the food is exceptional, each dish is a work of art that explodes in the mouth. I tried the 7-course menu at the discretion of the chef and I can say that they were simply spectacular. The wine pairing suggested by the waiter completed the experience perfectly. And another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that the chef came to make sure at the various tables, including us, that everything was fine!! A true journey of flavors and no small wisdom in the pairings!! Highly recommended!

The welcome, the friendly and timely service, the good dishes with nice portions and perfectly presented, well-spaced tables, pleasant and quiet environment. Literally gigantic menu. The 7-course menu is really too much, I recommend the 5-course menu without exaggerating with the shoe otherwise you will regret it when dessert arrives... Price adequate for what is offered. Recommended and congratulations.

This typical restaurant is a true gem for those looking for authentic flavors, a family atmosphere and sincere hospitality. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a genuine smile and a care that is increasingly rare today. The menu is a journey into tradition: dishes prepared with the freshest, local ingredients, and cooked with passion. Each course was a discovery, an explosion of flavor that tells the story of the area. The service is impeccable: attentive but never intrusive, with staff who know the dishes well and can also expertly recommend wines, rigorously selected among the regional excellences. The environment is warm, with attention to detail, and manages to make you feel at home even if you are outside. A perfect balance between rustic and refined. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant at least once: it is much more than a dinner, it is an experience of culture and passion. We will definitely return.

07/05/2025: Il paesino e' molto bello e la cornice e' senz'altro curatissima. Pero', in un ristorante che punta molto sull'eleganza e la formalita', e' strambo che il personale di sala dia del "tu" ai clienti, chiamandoli "ragazzi". Alcuni ospiti si accomodano nelle terrazze, i cui tavoli pero' a noi non vengono proposti. I camerieri devono dilungarsi per spiegare che quello che compare a menu non e' tutto disponibile: variazioni qui e la'. Peraltro, alcuni piatti, essendo nel Monferrato, ci risultano discutibili: perche' i tagliolini con cozze e pesci? Non siamo in Piemonte? Perche' tutte queste salse? L'impressione, anche guardando al portafoglio, e' che il posto guardi molto ai gusti medi e alle tasche di francesi, svizzeri, tedeschi. Peccato.
