11/02/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera di passaggio da Tortona e abbiamo scelto questo ristorante anche perché uno dei pochi aperti di lunedì . Ottima impressione entrando per : la calda accoglienza da parte dello staff , l’ambiente e la cucina a vista . Abbiamo mangiato molto bene , dolci compreso . Bevuto un buon nebbiolo consigliato da loro. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo . Ora che ci siamo stati , torneremo sicuramente!

09/03/2025: L'Osteria L'Archivolto di Ovada offre piatti tipici piemontesi, come tajarin, brasato e fritto misto, Bgana Caouda, preparati con ingredienti freschi e locali. Il locale, accogliente e familiare, vanta un servizio cortese e una terrazza con vista sulla piazza. La selezione di vini, tra cui il Barolo, accompagna perfettamente i piatti. Un'ottima scelta per chi vuole gustare la tradizione culinaria del Piemonte.

10/03/2025: Siamo tornati in questo singolare ristorante ricavato all'interno di una chiesa sconsacrata e le ottime sensazioni avute la volta scorsa si sono confermate. Accoglienza cordiale, salone ampio (come si può immaginare, essendo la struttura costruita per essere una chiesa) ma ben riscaldato; tavoli per un massimo di una trentina di posti, ben distanziati (privacy conservata); due menù degustazione da scegliere, ampia scelta nella carta dei vini. Il pre-antipasto offerto dalla casa è sempre ben gradito; dalla cucina a vista si può osservare l'ottimo impiattamento del cibo, che si conferma di qualità ottima. Tempi d'attesa giusti e rapporto qualità/prezzo sicuramente adeguato al locale. Consigliatissimo se si passa dalle parti di Tortona

Abbiamo degustato vari piatti in serate diverse, tutto al top, una cucina importante, gusti decisi e perfettamente equilibrati, lo chef Graziano sempre presente, da colazione a cena, gentilissimo, un ristorante che per location, servizio, e cucina dovrebbe già da tempo avere una stella. Gliela diamo noi e tutti gli ospiti che, a giudicare dalle recensioni, la pensano in egual modo. Complimenti!!!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

09/03/2025: Indubbiamente peggiorato rispetto agli ultimi due anni, poca attenzione alla qualità alimentare troppo dozzinale e senza sapori e gusti e servizio da migliorare dedicando maggiore reale attenzione al cliente laddove manca un vero punto di riferimento in sala. Così, malgrado un certo successo commerciale, si và indietro, quantità e non qualità come sarebbe possibile. Ultima annotazione: imbarazzante il dolce chiamato millefoglie ai maroni...un sproliloquio di panna esagerata a contorno di una cialda industriale e dura come non significa nulla. Merita una seria riflessione.

25/02/2025: Excellent experience. The food is of excellent quality, excellent presentation; a traditional menu but with research into innovation. You can perceive the care taken in the preparation. The presentation of the dishes is also excellent. The service is impeccable, the dining room staff is present and very attentive to detail. The place is very welcoming. Absolutely to return.

24/02/2025: Perfect service and location, the food for the price offered I would have expected something better. The Crispino is not bad at the norm The puree was not a real puree but something freeze-dried (if they had added nutmeg it would have at least covered a little). The duck leg was good but really skimpy, with two slices of potatoes. The dessert is barely saved

11/03/2025: Hi everyone, Exceptional restaurant. I would dare to define it as a pearl of the province of Alessandria. Excellent food and friendly, warm staff. And I can't help but mention the wonderful view from the terrace. Really beautiful. If you want to eat divinely and at a fair price, visit Olimpia. You won't regret it!

23/02/2025: I could say about the Fassona joke, excellent, or about the chestnut and Castelmagno tortelloni, delicate and tasty at the same time. I could talk about the intelligent, original wine list, with many local proposals but also open to other routes, but above all honest in prices. But the high rating is also due to the attention and care shown by the owner and the staff, kind without smudging, discreet without being aseptic, ready to make suggestions but available to accommodate requests. Thanks for the excellent lunch.

29/01/2025: We arrived at this place by chance, also driven by the positive reviews. I must say that we were pleasantly impressed by the menu proposal and the dishes more than met our expectations. It's not easy to find a place that's completely vegan and also offers gluten-free options. Piedmontese starter above expectations. Overall I rate this experience as satisfactory, we will return to try other dishes.

28/01/2025: Very welcoming place, excellent food, helpful and friendly staff. The only small flaw was that the service was a little slow, but as we weren't in a hurry, we enjoyed the excellent lunch.

09/02/2025: We have been as a couple to eat in this restaurant, it is not the first time, and I confirm that the food is always divine, generous portions but with attention to every single dish excellent raw materials, prices in the general average, excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable waiters, we had veal with tuna sauce, fassona, gnocchi with castel magno and tortelloni with porcini mushroom sauce and bra sausage, the latter spectacular! To finish, 2 tiramisu with hazelnuts and liqueur... sublime! We will definitely be back. P.s. with the fork we got a 20% discount.
