A truly enjoyable dinner in a welcoming and intimate inn, where you immediately feel at ease. The service was attentive, kind, and never intrusive, with that care that shows their passion for what they do. The cuisine is truly worth it: very good dishes, beautifully presented, and with an excellent menu rotation, making each visit different and interesting. I also really appreciated the vegetarian options, with carefully selected dishes that were anything but "second-rate." The wine list is also beautiful, well-thought-out and perfect for accompanying dinner. A place where you eat well, feel good, and want to return. Congratulations!

A typical Piedmontese restaurant with a charming and elegant atmosphere. The dishes are delicious and prepared with excellent ingredients. Friendly staff and attentive service. The wine selection is also good. I recommend it.

An intimate, family-friendly restaurant, it feels like dining in the living room of a welcoming home. The service is very attentive and attentive, especially given the small number of tables, which ensures a particularly quiet atmosphere. As for the food, I have to admit, I wasn't thrilled. The food wasn't bad, but honestly, I would have expected a little more in terms of flavor and creativity. The wine list, however, is impressive: there's a selection of well-known labels, but I recommend trying the ones produced directly from their cellar.

02/06/2026: A pleasant evening in this particularly rocking place ;-) ... Wide menu selection, excellent quality products. Adequate timing considering they prepare food freshly, but you can chat in the meantime. Personally, I had the "Fuma ca'nduma" hamburger, stuffed with Mandrogne salami, melted tomino, cheddar, and smoked scamorza. Really good! Recommended!
30/05/2026: We stumbled upon Al Rock by chance. The place is truly welcoming, the staff, both at the counter and in the dining room, are exquisite, not at all pushy, and always know how to offer the best advice. The food is also excellent, the meat is cooked to your liking (and they ask you when you order), and it's top-quality, as they say in Alessandria. They also have a wide selection of craft beers. And if you have any leftovers, they'll pack them up and bring them to you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

28/04/2026: An old workshop converted into a trattoria. The place is clean and welcoming, with limited tables, so reservations are a must. The varied menu can satisfy all palates. The agnolotti are spectacular and can be ordered by the dozen; overall, all the dishes are well-cooked. Recommended.
23/04/2026: Five stars only because it's all we can do. Highly recommended. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. A must-try.
