What can I say? Everything was perfect. I had no doubts, my friend Enzo is a guarantee when it comes to restaurants.

An intimate, family-friendly restaurant, it feels like dining in the living room of a welcoming home. The service is very attentive and attentive, especially given the small number of tables, which ensures a particularly quiet atmosphere. As for the food, I have to admit, I wasn't thrilled. The food wasn't bad, but honestly, I would have expected a little more in terms of flavor and creativity. The wine list, however, is impressive: there's a selection of well-known labels, but I recommend trying the ones produced directly from their cellar.

I've been to this restaurant several times and it doesn't disappoint. The welcome is excellent and the traditional dishes are very good and carefully prepared. The portions are just right, it's a restaurant, not a trattoria. However, if you're passing through Bosco Maremgo, it's worth stopping by and enjoying excellent dishes in a lovely atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere.

Traditional dishes with Ligurian influences, excellent wines, a lovely, warm and welcoming atmosphere, almost like a living room. The menu rotates fairly regularly depending on the seasons and the availability of ingredients. The agnolotti, the tagliolini with mushrooms, and yesterday's sausage lasagna were all very popular, as were the gnocchi, which were incredibly soft. The rabbit roll with mustard mayonnaise is a must, as is the stockfish with Taggiasca olives and cherry tomatoes. Exceptional desserts. I come here about once a year, but I will definitely return. The rosé wine is truly excellent, perfect for the evening. My only small tip: I would prefer the wine to be opened at the table (I've seen it arrive already opened at other tables, too).

I come to Bosco once a year and I always come here. Over the years, the quality of the food, service, and hospitality has always remained very high. Well done! Unmissable.
