A restaurant near the center, very neat and clean, with a casual atmosphere and friendly, approachable staff. You can tell they pay attention to detail.
I had lunch with my wife, sharing dishes: fried zucchini flowers, truly light and excellent (no photos, they were eaten immediately); agnolotti with white ragù, very good and perfectly flavorful; cabbage with bagna cauda, truly delicious and very flavorful; traditional veal with tuna sauce, delicious; and for dessert, the bonet, truly delicious. Having a daughter who's a pastry chef, I'm always hesitant to order desserts, but this one was truly top-notch.
If I were to pass through Casale Monferrato again, I'd definitely stop by.

Prompt and friendly table service awaits.
Upon entry, a well-stocked bar welcomes you for a delicious aperitif, flanked by a lounge with colorful sofas where you can enjoy it before dining in one of the dining rooms. Simple, comfortable furnishings. Reservations are recommended and appreciated.

We ended up here by mistake, and luckily for us, on a motorcycle tour in Casale Monferrato.
We hadn't booked and it was packed, but they found us a spot at the counter, which we really enjoyed.
The food was really good, and I noticed they had plenty of options even for me, a vegetarian, especially the main courses, which are rare to find. The crouton with cavolo nero, egg, and cacio e pepe fondue was absolutely delicious. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back.

We had lunch on Valentine's Day. The place is very charming, intimate, and elegant, reminiscent of old trattorias with a modern twist.
The raw meat with top-quality Jerusalem artichokes was delicious, and the cabbage and ribs were especially light. The pumpkin millefeuille was truly interesting. The desserts were also delicious.
Recommended place: like a book on a rainy day.

I've been there three times, and the food is excellent! They also serve traditional dishes. The portions are just right, sometimes even generous. Highly recommended!
