I'm not giving it five stars only because we arrived at the end of lunchtime. We were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness, but the menu wasn't complete anymore, the service was a bit busy cleaning up, and there was a lot of confusion surrounding the place as people finished their meals but stayed a bit longer to chat and mingle around the tables. The atmosphere was very beautiful and elegant, with background music and a somewhat nocturnal feel. The sun was very bright outside, but it didn't reach inside.

We weren't the best customers because, due to circumstances beyond our control, we arrived late, outside of dinner time. Despite this, the staff was very friendly, the young lady very sweet and helpful, and the service was equally impeccable and prompt. The owner made us feel right at home. The restaurant also offered a very nice and fun evening, with great karaoke. The prices were more than reasonable, not too high considering the large portions, the attention to detail in the presentation, and the excellent food. We will definitely be back for a more relaxed dinner. Thank you so much

I was in Frassinelo Monferrato for work for a few days and ate lunch here every day. The service and food were impeccable.

We ordered a tasting menu at this atmospheric restaurant. What delicious Piedmontese dishes! And at a reasonable price. In short, highly recommended. We will definitely be back. Moreover, Olivola is a charming little town and beautifully situated.

Exceptional restaurant! We ate on Valentine's Day with a special menu for €40, all-inclusive. Exceptional dishes, highly trained, helpful, and friendly staff. Traditional cuisine with an innovative twist. Excellent wines. Music and karaoke that engages the entire dining room without ever disturbing. A traditional restaurant with a unique twist. We'll definitely be back!
