Excellent experience, small place, pleasant atmosphere, and cheerful staff. Good service, and the fish dishes (Acquese stockfish and cod with vegetables) were truly delicious. The appetizer was very good, but in my opinion a bit unbalanced; the robiola cheese was too dominant and hid the artichokes and truffles a bit, but still a good one.
Definitely worth returning. Excellent.

Good morning, we didn't know this place, nor Alessandria. It was a delightful discovery. The place, run by Mario and his brother in the kitchen, is exactly as described in the reviews.
Good food and a welcoming atmosphere.
Mario is spectacular and authentic, like the dishes that come out of the kitchen. Top quality.
Today, Saturday, April 25th, there were five of us for lunch and we were very satisfied.

A little gem hidden among the alleys. The atmosphere is intimate and the welcome warm, but the real star is the cuisine: unique and delicious.
The Pollo alla Marengo is a must-try, a historic dish prepared according to tradition linked to Napoleon and the 19th-century battle. The wine list is excellent and well-curated. An authentic culinary experience that I highly recommend!

Definitely one of the most interesting restaurants in Alessandria, with excellent food, fair prices, and excellent service. I'd recommend the Chicken Marengo as excellent. Well done!

I ate reasonably well, and the service was fast and friendly. The restaurant has two rooms; I didn't like ours because it was bare, in need of a refresh, and adjacent to the bathroom.
