My fiancée and I had dinner in March. What can I say... I highly recommend it to everyone! The price is absolutely in line, high quality food and service. The chef who introduced himself and told us about the dishes we ordered was very kind, as well as very good, as were the guys in the dining room, she was Italian and he was Venezuelan, very nice and very knowledgeable... (that evening the maitre d' was missing) but both members of the room they served us great, even taking care of our dog. We will definitely return

More than positive experience! In the elegant location in the heart of Monferrato, my husband and I chose the Stile libero menu: 7 excellent courses that chef Marco prepared with creativity and professionalism. The Prescinsoa risotto with olives, nettles and pine nuts is special. The service was also impeccable: the staff described the dishes to us precisely and paired their Infernot wines. To be recommended!!

Excellent restaurant, wonderful service, very nice rooms. We have eaten here at least half a dozen times and it has always been excellent. One of the best restaurants in the region.

I had the pleasure of enjoying this experience which to say was sensational would be an understatement All dishes of unique goodness, extreme precision in the combination of flavors, prepared with skill by Chef Marco Molaro Impeccable service and wait staff

Very positive experience, beautiful location, quality food, prompt and attentive service. Possibility to drink excellent wines produced by the adjacent cellar. Highly recommended

Suggestive location, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The tasting menu lunch we had was a journey of flavors between professionalism and passion. Definitely a place that remains in the heart and to return to.

16/07/2024: We enjoyed dinner for two al fresco, tables inside the air conditioned restaurant were also available but the area is pedestrian access only (at least at the time we went). We liked the luxurious feel that linen on the table provides, care that was matched in the presentation of each plate of food. Our waitress could not have been more helpful and was clearly proud of her role in explaining each dish. I asked for affogato, which wasn’t on the menu, but I wasn’t made to feel as if I was creating a problem, indeed my wife was given miniature panna cotta to keep me company. The various breads on offer were enjoyable and matched different courses. Amuse bouches are a delightful and very welcome conversation piece. The extensive wine list boasts a number of excellent local wines. If I could make one suggestion it is that, even though we take little salt, two of our dishes were under seasoned. Nevertheless we were very pleased to have chosen to eat at this restaurant and recommend it.
