06/08/2024: Excellent experience and great professionalism from the whole team. Attentive, courteous service with a smile always present on the face which does not always happen in starred restaurants. Very convincing tasting menu based on the chef's imagination, superlative amberjack with caviar, excellent red mullet with raspberries and foie gras, very good and certainly impressive sponge, but the dish that really left me speechless was the fish cooked in their barbecue, It had a texture and flavor that I won't easily forget! To close pre dessert and meringue with passion fruit very well executed and balanced. A compliment to the chef who is always present at the tables and who transmits professionalism and passion in his every word. Thank you for the wonderful experience to all the staff and see you soon.

04/08/2024: We had dinner with friends last night...well-kept restaurant...excellent service and what can we say about the dishes!! You immediately notice the research into the raw materials then put together with love for cooking by chef Pascucci...everything was excellent we hope to return as soon as possible...an infinite thank you from our taste buds....

12/08/2024: On Saturday 10 August 2024 we returned to our favorite restaurant, on the fantastic Lake Garda precisely PESCHIERA del Garda. We had been missing for some time but last night we treated ourselves to a unique and unforgettable evening. Every time it's a surprise, the place has been totally renovated from the outside to the inside, everything is done with care, taste and elegance. We are welcomed by Anna, her smile and her professionalism make you understand that it will be an unforgettable evening. We had asked for a table in the internal room and so it was. Exceptional air conditioning system, large table set in every detail and care, armchairs that you would never want to get up. Wine list that satisfies every need and taste, menu to discover, refined with ingredients and combinations that enchant the palate. All the waiters are attentive to everything, with the utmost discretion, smiling, kind and helpful. Chef Fabio comes to each table every time to say hello and to ask if everything went well. We have been frequenting this restaurant for almost 10 years now, and every time we finish lunch or dinner we think about when the next time will be. Congratulations to Chef Fabio and Anna because every time everything is unique and perfect. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!

13/08/2024: Il biglietto da visita di questo ristorante sicuramente è la location incantevole, immersa nel verde offrendo agli ospiti una ineguagliabile accoglienza e serenità. Le stesse qualità sembrano emergere anche sul personale dal quale io e la mia amica siamo state accolte ed accompagnate al nostro tavolo. Questo ristorante ha tutte le carte in tavola per diventare uno dei migliori locali di Agrigento, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti da non trascurare e sui quali lavorare. Non discuto sulla qualità del cibo, bensì su come è stato servito perché è inammissibile a priori, che il secondo di carne ordinato dalla mia amica, arrivi freddo e tutti sappiamo che la carne fredda perde molto. Nel momento in cui arriva la cameriera, chiedendoci se fosse tutto a posto, ho lamentato questo inconveniente, dicendo che avrebbe riportato a chi di dovere, ma arrivate alla cassa, davanti la titolare, da cui ci aspettavamo di ricevere quantomeno dei chiarimenti in merito, ha fatto orecchie da mercante o magari non le è stato riferito proprio nulla. Forse, sono partita con aspettative troppo alte, ma il servizio per essere impeccabile non deve includere solo l’accoglienza e il servire con eleganza l’acqua a tavola, ma deve prendersi anche carico delle critiche qualora il cliente fa notare il suo disappunto e rimediare sulle mancanze se si vuole che i clienti ritornino, ma a quanto pare non sono interessati a questo, ma a lavorare con clienti di passaggio.

Let's start with the positive things, certainly the good food, the kindness of the staff and the romantic walks that can be taken at night in the countryside. Negative things, the pond... A little dirty, it could definitely be used better! For the rest a good place. I can't comment on the rooms as we didn't stay.

04/09/2024: Fabio and I discovered this restaurant during the last dinner of our 2023 summer holidays and this year it was our refuge for all our romantic dinners. Very nice and welcoming and clean environment and the food is fresh and delicious, never heavy. Michele the owner immediately welcomed us in the best way, always available and very honest, satisfying all our culinary requests. An enchanting place with wonderful staff nestled in the hills of the 5 Terre in Pignone. Michele, congratulations on your jewel, see you soon Lucrezia and Fabio

We are next to the Iselba bathroom, in a very nice structure and with a splendid view, especially in the evening; Already from the welcome you understand what kind of place you are in, not to mention the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but even more so the unrivaled quality of the dishes, extremely meticulous in every detail, both aesthetically and in terms of taste, dishes extremely pleasant to eat. We had a mixed fish starter, a sea bass fillet with seafood and a fried fish. The dessert was also good which was a variation of tiramisu flavored with rum. Well-stocked cellar with honest markups. 22/06/2024: Lovely little restaurant with about 6 tables only. Beautifully fresh ingredients, elevated cooking with a homemade feel. Chef is gluten free so there’s handmade buckwheat & linseed bread, and great gf pasta including stuffed, which we gf peeps rarely get! Simple, sweet and always good. Highly recommend!

Servizio impeccabile già solo dalla settimana prima del pranzo, nel quale il ristoratore si è reso disponibilissimo per cercare di soddisfare due esigenze importanti, quali un commensale disfagico e uno con problemi forti di intolleranze. Per entrambe è stata rivolta un'attenzione particolare e tutto è andato a meraviglia. Il pranzo è stato ottimo, con del pesce buonissimo e cucinato in maniera impeccabile, a mio avviso in particolare un risotto degno davvero di essere assaggiato da chiunque almeno una volta, se possibile. Fin da quando ci siamo seduti al tavolo un particolare riguardo è stato dato al servizio, impeccabile e attentissimo soprattutto ai dettagli che per alcuni potrebbero sembrare cose futili o sottigliezze (compreso il cambio quasi continuo delle posate). Vino accostato al pranzo deciso dal ristoratore, di una delicatezza ma corposità davvero speciale, che accompagnava il tutto in maniera armoniosa. Superba anche la birra blanche per i due commensali che vino non ne bevevano. Per finire una torta che si scioglieva in bocca, davvero deliziosa. Prezzo assolutamente in linea, consigliato come pochi. Davvero da provare almeno una volta se siete in zona o poco distanti!
