The food: refined, satisfying, and absolutely delicious. All the flavors are kept authentic, without sauces overpowering them, revealing the freshness of the product itself.
The staff is perfect, professional, and attentive.

Every time my wife and I go to Trieste, we always eat at this beautiful restaurant, off the beaten path. Excellent ingredients, cooked with great care and skill. The dishes are tasty and well-executed. The service is very friendly and attentive. I had the air conditioning blasting, and they made sure it wasn't affected. The chef takes care to ensure the dishes are to your liking and is very courteous. In conclusion: a highly recommended restaurant.

This is one of those reviews where I know I need to leave such a deserving review, but yet I’m wanting keep this experience protected as it was so special. La Bottega di Trimalcione was a fabulous culinary delight! From the service from a staff who had great knowledge and recommendations to the chef whose spectacularly prepared dishes were so delicious! Loved every moment of our evening!

We've been to this magnificent restaurant twice, and both times we had divine food.
The restaurant is located on a street parallel to the Rive, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Unità and the Rive.
Parking is available in the blue spaces nearby.
The dishes are divinely presented; the cold and gratin appetizers are a must.
We also ate the mussels, prawns, and grilled calamari.
Let's just say that whatever you order is truly sublime.
Highly recommended!!!

This beautiful nautical-style restaurant on the shores of Trieste is always worth a stop, even if you're just passing through.
The menu offers a wide variety of fresh appetizers that we hope to return to, accompanied by a fine selection of local wines.
The service makes for a pleasant evening.
In addition to the dishes pictured, we tried a delicious baked turbot with potatoes and chicory, deboned at the table. It was so good I didn't have time to photograph it! ;) Congratulations!
