Super fresh fish, we had an exceptional mixed appetizer! Mussels, octopus, and a second course recommended by the chef were much appreciated! We left satisfied and full! Well done!

Wonderful experience! We dined at this restaurant last summer, and since then, "La Voluta 2" has officially become our favorite. The seafood dishes are perfectly prepared, with generous portions and the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The staff is extremely friendly, the service impeccable, and the chef pours all his experience and passion into his dishes. The atmosphere is relaxing, intimate, and magical! We always love returning, confident in the warm welcome and quality that distinguish this restaurant.

Spectacular, to say the least. The food is incredibly fresh and truly delicious: I especially recommend the tuna and cuttlefish, both exceptional. Overall, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The service is impeccable: the young, kind, welcoming, and friendly staff were attentive. I felt truly cared for and at ease, which is not a given. They seated us in the inside dining room (not the one near the cash register), and it was simply wonderful. The place has an old-fashioned yet unique atmosphere, perfectly showcased. The prices aren't the cheapest, but they're absolutely in line with the quality of the experience: it's definitely worth it. It was a real pleasure.

Great restaurant in the heart of the old town with a lovely atmosphere. A very welcoming family-run establishment that goes to great lengths to make dining a truly special experience. We found the value for money to be excellent (although it's not the cheapest restaurant in the area). The tuna duo (carpaccio and tartare) was simply divine, the grilled fish platter with its exquisite selection of the day's freshest catch and seafood, and the pasta with zucchini and prawns were all incredibly delicious. And to top it all off, the espresso and the homemade, ice-cold limoncello were complimentary – perfect! 😇 This restaurant is highly recommended; reservations 1-2 days in advance are essential. Thank you for the wonderful and delicious evening!

Excellent! The owner and the chef are happy to accommodate every request. For starters, we had seafood carpaccio. This was followed by spaghetti allo scoglio – a true feast for the eyes and palate – and perfect linguine vongole! An excellent house white wine paired perfectly with the meal. An excellent grappa (on the house) followed. Around €50 per person – an unforgettable experience!

The welcome is genuine, the atmosphere exudes peace, and every detail speaks of love for the people and the land. The talented chef Salvina manages to bring not only excellent flavors to the table, but the entire soul of Sardinia, passionately showcasing the aromas, colors, and traditions of our land. Each dish tells a story of quality, care, and authenticity. In this place, you can also sense something special and difficult to explain: the presence of Fabrizio De André. It is felt in the air, in the silence, in the landscapes, and in the very soul of this corner of Sardinia that he chose to live, love, and find inspiration for some of his most beautiful songs. It is a discreet yet vibrant presence, which makes the experience even more intense and meaningful. But the value of this place also comes from the entire staff, whose professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine smiles contribute to creating a special atmosphere, where you feel welcomed and at ease from the very first moment. It's not just a restaurant or a place to stay: it's an experience made of authentic relationships, Sardinian flavors, attention to people, and love for what they do. Thanks to Salvina and all the wonderful staff for the beauty, professionalism, and humanity that are felt every time. 02/04/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but this occasion deserves it! Everything was absolutely spectacular! From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel right at home, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Jemmat, the experience is simply sublime! Thank you so much for the wonderful service! I'll definitely be back!
28/03/2026: The I Frati Rossi restaurant was a delightful discovery. For an evening with friends, we chose an excellent seafood tasting menu. The menu started very promisingly with two appetizers: amberjack and salmon carpaccio, artichokes, and bottarga. Next up were seafood and truffle ravioli and grouper paccheri, all delicious. For the main course, a mixed fried platter of shrimp, calamari, fish, and mixed vegetables. Delicious, especially because it was so light! To finish, dessert: meringue and strawberry ice cream. We will definitely be back to try the à la carte menu.
