My husband and I were literally blown away by the quality of the tasting menu. The dishes offered were each better than the last: a perfect balance of textures, artistic plating, and intense flavors. The excellence of the cuisine was beautifully complemented by impeccable service: a special mention goes to the dining room staff, who, with her extraordinary kindness and unwavering professionalism, pampered us and enhanced every moment of our dinner. I just had dinner with my best friend and I have to compliment you on everything! Great welcome, elegance, attention to detail and customer care. Sweetness, kindness but also great professionalism and preparation from all the staff. The environment was taken care of down to the smallest details, from the choice of colors, to the dishes, to the lighting and above all to the cleanliness. The cuisine was excellent, unique, rich in flavors and novelties. Among the first courses we chose to try the carbonara, delicious, generous portions and with first choice and high quality food. I was impressed by the explanation of each dish, its ingredients and also the passion with which they were described. Perfect quality-price! We will see you again to try the rest but we left truly satisfied! ♥️

A high-end restaurant, as certified by its inclusion in the Michelin Guide since 2022, offering a sophisticated menu, primarily focused on seafood. Another highlight is the option to order à la carte or choose from several tasting menus, each with a different number of courses and obviously a reasonable price.

An amazing dining experience. The food was outstanding and beautifully prepared. The truffle pasta was honestly the best I have ever had – full of flavour and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The restaurant also has a great wine list with excellent choices to pair with the dishes. The atmosphere is elegant but still relaxed, and the service was professional and attentive. If you are in the Pomezia area, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys great Italian food and a special dining experience.
