19/03/2024: Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The wine selections, both local and otherwise, are also excellent. Everything very good.

17/03/2024: We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure

13/03/2024: Excellent! We chose this restaurant for its menu, particular but not too much. it is located a few km from Tivoli center, easy to reach and with parking. Very nice location with attention to detail, not too large (40 tables). The extraordinary, attentive but informal service that makes you feel at home. We opted for the à la carte meat menu. I have to say one of the best restaurants where I have eaten in recent years. The scottona tartare is a delicacy like the homemade pasta and the goose fillet. Homemade bread with super oil! The desserts are also delicious but the sweet encounter is a delicacy. Highly recommended!!! Keep it up. See you soon!

07/04/2024: Not a lot of choice on the menu but the essentials are there...! The pizza and other things that appear in the photos of the dishes offered highlighted on the site are missing. The puff pastry aubergine parmigiana is good. The desserts are good Small place, very friendly owner.

16/03/2024: Premetto che la cucina dello Chef Pascucci è strepitosa, probabilmente il miglior pasto a base di pesce fatto in un ristorante con una stella Michelin. Ciò che mi ha MOLTO deluso è la responsabile di sala (la moglie dello chef) che mi ha impedito di ordinare un antipasto per mia moglie e un primo piatto per me da far uscire insieme. Ne giro molti di ristoranti stellati, ma è la PRIMA volta che mi capita una cosa del genere (francamente non accade neanche in ristoranti di minore levatura). Morale della favola: la sala ha scelto come dovevamo ordinare, costringendomi a mangiare la seconda portata da solo, mentre mia moglie mi guardava. Che peccato, diversamente sarei sicuramente tornato. Consiglio ai viaggiatori: andate per il cibo, ma non aspettatevi un servizio all'altezza di quello che mangerete.

15/03/2024: I went to this restaurant to celebrate an important anniversary with my partner; really well-kept location, right in the center. Extremely friendly and very professional staff. Truly very interesting menu, we personally let ourselves be guided on a tasting journey by chef Vincenzo Well what can I say, everything was delicious. The professionalism of Massimiliano and Giuseppe was greatly appreciated and with their professionalism they literally pampered and guided us throughout the evening. Super-stocked wine list, with Italian and foreign excellence. I recommend the prawn tartare as well as the cuttlefish tartare with crispy chicory; first courses with the right balance of flavors enhancing the quality raw material. If you love good food you absolutely must stop by this place! Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful evening Nicholas!

06/04/2024: for the first time this evening at Plinio's... the wait was amply rewarded. Excellent cuisine, good service, fair price and wise management of the restaurant by Plinio. The two of us ate an excellent seafood starter (5/6 hot and cold courses) of excellent workmanship and excellent quality, four second courses: sliced ​​calamari, a crazy sea bass in clam ragout, fried calamari and raw scampi, all washed down with a excellent müller turgau. To finish crumbled and an excellent chocolate cake. VERY GOOD EVENING....TO BE REPEATED...CONGRATULATIONS TO PLINIO AND HIS STAFF...

01/04/2024: Recommended by a family member, I went to try it. There are two rooms and I ate in the smallest one where there is an internal cave. The digital menu was not shown to us immediately and so we requested it. Snails appeared in the mixed hot-cold appetizer, but my guest and I didn't like them, so we would have liked to know beforehand so as not to waste them because we don't normally eat them. Starter still good, wine (Ribolla Gialla) also, pleasant first course, only flaw: a little sand left in the clams which evidently were not cleaned well because they crunched in the mouth when chewing and this was not very pleasant on the palate, but taste and good products. We had the table for just over 1 hour not having booked and finally the staff offered me a bitter that I didn't know and which I really appreciated: ratafià. When I returned home a few days later I bought it too :-) thanks anyway for the experience. If I come back, I'll book and I'd like to sit in the other room :-) cleaning of the clams needs improvement, but it may have been a coincidence.

07/04/2024: Vattani was great! We were recommended this restaurant by another restaurant and we are so glad we made reservations for our anniversary dinner. The wine they selected on our behalf was delicious and the service was perfect. Abdul made sure our dinner was spectacular! Some of our favorite dishes were the lobster pasta, gnocchi, and the chicken. Thank you!

06/04/2024: Beautiful, well-decorated terrace, friendly waiters, relatively good food, however the bottle of water costs €5, the cutlery costs €2 per person, the wine costs at least €10 per glass, all this adds up to a very high final bill (€105). for 2 people, 2 courses, only one glass of wine per person, no dessert)

30/03/2024: Excellent seafood cuisine of the best tradition, based on excellent raw materials. Excellent service guaranteed by a family management whose first objective is customer care. Very pleasant environment directly on the sea. I think the value for money is excellent. Excellent final opinion. A special mention to Chef Antonio and Head Nurse Francesco who manage to best express the value of a family team.
