09/04/2026: This is an excellent, typically Venetian restaurant. I ate there almost every evening of my holiday and can highly recommend it: appetizers, pizza, fish, pasta, dessert – everything is simply delicious and of very high quality! The fish dishes are especially good. Moreover, the prices are reasonable and not exorbitant like in the tourist areas. If you want to discover delicious Venetian cuisine: go here!

19/04/2026: We celebrated our wedding yesterday. You can see they're professionals here, from the interior and exterior decor to the amazing menu. The waiters and their head waiter are also very professional. They're always attentive throughout the service. I've been to several weddings, but not here because it was mine, but if it had a sixth star, I would have given it. I received compliments from my guests, who were also very satisfied.

15/04/2026: I went for lunch for a communion and ate well, but what left me with a wonderful memory was the attentive and professional service.

09/03/2026: A truly delightful dinner. The kitchen employs some very talented young chefs, creating carefully crafted dishes with well-balanced flavors. We tried several dishes: fried octopus tentacles on a mustard and honey emulsion, Luciana-style red octopus on a chickpea cream and fried polenta crostini, a mix of local cuttlefish and grilled calamari with salad, and baked trout fillet on a pumpkin cream. Everything was truly excellent, generous portions, and great attention to food pairings. The initial welcome was also appreciated. The young woman in the dining room was very kind and discreet, with a smile that immediately put you at ease. We didn't try the desserts (maybe next time), perhaps a little more interaction or a more personalized service would have been appreciated. One area that could be improved is the wine list, which, given the quality of the cuisine, deserves a few more options and a wider variety. The atmosphere is pleasant, but I would like it to be a little warmer and more personalized, as it currently feels a bit sterile. That said, the prices are fair, the food is truly excellent, and there's great potential. With these foundations, it has all the makings of a truly top-notch restaurant. It's made me want to come back, and I will. 🍽️✨

04/03/2026: We went to Quantum last night for a 50th birthday party! Simply spectacular!! The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant! The food was excellent, from the presentation to the flavors! We were thrilled and left very satisfied!! Keep it up, guys, and even though you're very young, you have a great future ahead of you!! 07/04/2026: This is a review for Japanese travelers. I stayed here for two nights while sightseeing in Venice. It's a little far from the city center, but it was quiet and the location was great! There were also local restaurants nearby, so finding dinner wasn't a problem. I've stayed in Rome and Florence, but this hotel had a bathtub! I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the Japanese style for the first time in a while. This time, we booked a standard room with a single bed for two people. The room was compact, but that was nice. The refrigerator was stocked with plenty of free drinks! The bed wasn't the standard Japanese single size, but spacious enough for two people. Maybe a little bigger than a double? The hotel staff were all very friendly, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. 😉 This time, I didn't book a breakfast-included plan, but the breakfast seems popular and delicious! There's a bar in front of the reception on the first floor, so you can enjoy drinks even late at night! I visited in April, but I left the window open while sleeping, and a lot of large mosquitoes came in, so be sure to close the windows when you sleep. You'll get bitten! (laughs) To all the Japanese people looking for a hotel in Venice!!! I recommend this hotel~♪ If I ever come to Venice again, I would like to stay at this hotel again!

11/04/2026: We ate there tonight, impeccable, from the complimentary aperitif to the appetizers, the food was not Masterchef-worthy, large plate and empty plate, I'd say beautiful and plentiful plate but above all excellent!!! Super friendly staff!!!! Fair price!!!! Nothing to say!!! Negatives!! Only compliments!!!

30/11/2025: The prices are unbeatable, the food quality was excellent and the service and atmosphere were great. We had the house made pizzas and soup, topped up with the house wine. Everything was perfect, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. They also have a really nice view of the Palazzo Ducale, accross the water. We will definitely not forget it and will be returning. Thank you for having us!

19/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant away from the usual tourist crowds. The view, especially at sunset, is fantastic. It's certainly not a gourmet temple, but that's not the point; it's a nice little corner restaurant like you can find in any city. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

29/03/2026: Professionalism, competence and passion, the owner is a master in the art of catering, both in hospitality and attention, he will be able to advise you and cheer up your evening, with his stories and experiences, it is not simply consuming a meal, it is a food and wine experience, with a special location as a backdrop. Remo, set within the evocative setting of Villa Cariolato, presents itself as a restaurant with a striking aesthetic: the exterior is simply magnificent, spectacular, and perfectly in keeping with the concept of elegant, high-quality cuisine. The interior, while maintaining a classic and refined style, in my opinion could be improved: a personal assessment that doesn't affect the overall quality of the experience, but could further enhance the restaurant's identity. The service is one of its absolute strengths: extremely polite, well-trained, prompt, and highly professional waiters. The dining room is managed with precision and discretion, conveying confidence and competence at every stage of service. As for the cuisine, I chose the seafood menu, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first course: extremely fresh, locally sourced fish, presented with respect. In some dishes, the ratio of seasonings to the main ingredient seemed slightly unbalanced, but the excellence of the product prevailed, making the gastronomic experience more than enjoyable. The restaurant has a distinctly romantic feel. I dined with my wife and was welcomed into a secluded room with just a few tables, ensuring intimacy, tranquility, and the perfect atmosphere for an evening spent together. This attention is not to be taken for granted, demonstrating sensitivity toward the guest. I will definitely return. And who knows, maybe one day I'll befriend the owner and suggest, with a smile, one of the more daring fish carpaccios on the menu—joking aside, the creative potential is there. In conclusion, Remo – Villa Cariolato is a restaurant absolutely worth a visit and one I highly recommend to anyone seeking quality, professionalism, and an elegant, romantic setting.

01/05/2026: An elegant restaurant serving traditional Chioggia cuisine. We visited for lunch and had a great time. The fish is incredibly fresh, cooked and presented with care. The service is efficient, polite, and friendly. The portions are generous, and there are a variety of traditional delicacies, including Schie with polenta, moleche (a type of pasta), steamed mantis shrimp, and gratinated scallops. The wine list is also excellent and well-curated. We highly recommend this restaurant.
