02/06/2026: Fresh fish and ever-changing ideas for pairing it with different dishes, depending on whether you're talking raw, hot, or cold. Specifically, we sampled complete appetizers with oysters and noteworthy raw fish, smoked spaghetti with Normandy butter, anchovy sauce and bottarga, and to finish, a crispy, dry fried fish. The Trebbiano wine from an Abruzzo winery was paired with the dish. The price was absolutely competitive and in line with what we tasted.

21/06/2026: Brut rosé wine, not chilled, sommelier who, when asked, treated us condescendingly, making unacceptable excuses, the raw ham was not cleaned, the casing we removed, the first course was acceptable, as was the grill. The staff was not at all friendly, they didn't apologize in any way, not even when, upon checking the bill, we discovered that the raw ham, which had cost 42 euros, had increased to 82.

The food is commendable for its quality, but in my humble opinion, it lacks that extra "push" to enhance and make the dishes unique. The passion is lacking, which in the kitchen makes up for the sacrifices and dedication.

In this scorching July, there's a wonderful sea breeze that, along with the comfortable and spacious furnishings, welcomes and pampers us. The food is classy, ​​beautifully plated, and served with great care and attention. It's plentiful and excellent quality. The price is reasonable, and it's a must-try experience for anyone visiting the Trabocchi Coast.

12/07/2026: First experience at Trabocco. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, but a very long wait—almost four hours to finish dinner. The fixed but high-quality menu is obviously seafood-based. They offer a children's menu.

13/05/2026: A very refined and sophisticated location, the quality of the seafood is undoubtedly excellent. Unfortunately, the final rating is weighed down by the service and the price-quality ratio, which is slightly skewed in favor of the latter. We found the menu lacking clarity regarding the tasting menus (both on paper and after the staff explained it). The sommelier was unincisive. The waiters were at times disorganized. There was a noticeable difference in the way customers were treated (regulars were over-indulged, while new ones were almost snubbed), which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I recommend treating everyone with consideration, without distinction (also because, under the right conditions, a "new" customer can become a "regular" one 😉).

Plus, we paid €40 for eight ridiculously small shrimp: a complete rip-off. I'm sorry, but this place is a complete rip-off, a complete scam. Honestly, I advise everyone against going there; it's a joke and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and leave; you deserve better than this disastrous experience.
