23/11/2025: We went to Conchiglia d'Oro and had a truly excellent experience. We started with the seafood appetizers, which were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Their famous risotto flambé, served directly at your table, is absolutely the highlight: creamy and rich in flavor. The main course, fish in a potato crust, was also delicious. The staff is professional, attentive, and always friendly, helping to make the evening even more enjoyable. The price is fully in line with the quality of the products and the service offered. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy excellent seafood in Pineto! 🐟✨

19/11/2025: I can't fault this restaurant for its food or flavor. My biggest complaint is the service and the pretentious atmosphere. We were treated to lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and the young lady who invited us didn't know the menu had a minimum order. It's a fixed price with a minimum of 30 euros per person. We had already ordered our meal when the waiter told us we needed to order an appetizer or side dish. Our host explained to the waiter that we only wanted the meal we'd ordered, but that we could have coffee and dessert afterward. The situation became awkward when a head waiter came out to explain the situation. We'd already ordered bottled water, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving like that. Our host explained that we only wanted the meals we'd ordered and didn't want to be forced to order more food than we wanted. The waiter returned, saying that the chef "would allow it this time," as it's not common practice. When our dishes arrived, they brought two at once, and we waited 8 minutes for the last appetizer. Our seafood pasta was tasty, but the service continued to deteriorate. When our guest went to pay, the chef came out and scolded her, telling her that this wasn't a "fast food" restaurant and to keep that in mind. Very pretentious and truly inconvenient for all three of us. I would never return to this place; even though our meal was delicious, we weren't treated with respect. It's a shame 😔

14/11/2025: Despite the location's potential, the experience was negative due to poor service, ridiculous prices, mediocre quality, and tasteless seafood appetizers. The service was inconsistent. Poor value for money. I hope the management will take these concerns into account to improve, but for now, I wouldn't recommend it. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience.

23/10/2025: The host, Fabio, offers our tour guests an amazing menu of fresh seafood or lamb, or vegetarian options if desired. Outside the window is a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. This is our go-to group lunch spot for our visits to Ortona on our WWII battlefield tours.

23/11/2025: Sublime, a truly exceptional experience. The flavors, the service, the ambiance. I've always thought you can eat well anywhere in Italy, but this is beyond compare. The service was impeccable; Danielle was incredibly attentive, and the maître d' was too. Highly recommended; it's a must if you're traveling to Pescara and the surrounding area.

26/10/2025: It was worth the price (€90) and the 220 km drive to get there. Reservations required; I've never tasted so many appetizers. There were 12 of us. Teramo's historic center; parking is almost impossible on weekdays.

05/11/2025: We came here for lunch during our visit to Chieti at the suggestion of our b&b’s owner. They were booked for dinner so we went for lunch and were so glad we did. Everything was wonderful, the views, the food, the service!! We left extremely full and happy. It’s a fixed menu with a set price. We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant so we walked there from another location after asking for directions.

08/09/2025: I attended an event called Mare=Campo a few nights ago, and I can say that despite it being a combined evening with food and drink stands and a DJ set, I was overall more than satisfied with the quality of the food, the atmosphere, the wine selection for the occasion, and, of course, the entire setting, including the music. I congratulate them because you can never take anything for granted when you attend an organized event, and I must also compliment them on the treatment they gave us, given that we were a large group. Betty is an excellent host, and the entire team was friendly and super efficient. My compliments, and I'm sure I'll be returning to events or to try the à la carte menu soon.

04/10/2025: We travel frequently for business and/or pleasure. We rarely give a restaurant 5 stars because perfection is difficult to achieve. Taverna del Marinaio in Lanciano fully deserves 5 stars! Unsurpassed value for money. Excellently prepared food, everything is refined and fresh. The service, evening meal pairings, and wine selection are extraordinary. The location is breathtaking. This restaurant demonstrates the entire staff's passion for food and wine. The restaurant is spotless, as are the restrooms. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The dining room staff is very knowledgeable about gastronomy and the entire world of wine. We will definitely be back!

24/09/2025: We went to this place one evening in September. It's on the beach, nothing super sophisticated, very simple, and I'd say it's suitable for families. The menu, as the name suggests, features mostly fried fish dishes. The prices are in line, neither expensive nor super cheap. The dishes are good and well-balanced. I recommend it if you're in the area in the summer.

23/09/2025: I have been to this restaurant for dinner three times now and each time it has been a great experience. The food was delicious – always fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely flawless in taste. The service was also top notch, kind, attentive and professional, making us feel really welcome. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant and relaxed, which makes the visit an experience to look forward to. I definitely recommend it and I would love to go back soon myself!
