17/08/2025: We absolutely loved the place! The place is as good as the reviews - we went with a 2 month baby yesterday and had the best food and best service! Very friendly and the taste of the food, especially the seafood - is unmatched. Thank you very much! The only small feedback would be to set up air conditioning or colder setup in summers (for 10 stars). 5 star place with excellent service!

17/08/2025: Highly recommended for savory dishes. Fair prices and very delicious pasta. You’ll get a welcome drink, pizza bread, mango ice and limoncello at the end for free. Definitely try the Gnocchi. However, avoid the desserts. They are frozen ones. Other than that a super place!

22/07/2025: The restaurant was recommended to us during a visit to the Cerrate Abbey. A very charming and welcoming place with just a few tables. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, without being pushy. Two appetizers (raw seafood and seafood salad) shared between four of us: truly excellent! The raw seafood was incredibly fresh and plentiful! First courses (gnocchi with shrimp and scampi, and tagliolini with seafood) were delicious, beautifully cooked and presented. The bill was absolutely fair considering the quality of the food. FAI members also receive an additional 10% discount. It's worth traveling a few kilometers just to try this cuisine!

04/09/2025: Really enjoyed our evening here. The food was delicious and there was a good menu with good choices. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The wine recommendation was very good and we enjoyed the wine. We returned 2 days later and had the same wonderful experience. Sadly we must return home so cannot return to Matisse but would highly recommend it. Grazie.

It never disappoints; everything is perfect, with a menu that's meticulously crafted in both quality and presentation. The staff is professional and attentive. Cibo ottimo, dagli antipasti ai primi, l’immancabile Vermentino e dulcis in fundo una prelibatezza ai 3 cioccolati veramente deliziosa. Servizio curato, camerieri sempre disponibili e preparati. 02/08/2025: Il ristorante è poco sopra Porto Cervo in una posizione dominante con una splendida vista mare. Ambiente molto curato ed elegante ma l’accoglienza è assolutamente discreta e mai sopra le righe. La qualità del pesce di assoluta eccellenza, la presentazione dei piatti e la cucina altrettanto. Lista vini ampia con un doveroso riguardo al territorio ma con scelta comunque molto ampia. Conto assolutamente corretto per la qualità offerta. Speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno!

It was a battle of tastes, flavors, and quantities that would have satisfied sailors from any port in Italy. I was about to succumb... the challenge is yours... if you don't stop, you won't understand.

02/06/2025: We went to this restaurant by chance: we wanted to book at the very well-known restaurant "Le Vele" and Google gave us this number! Very pleasant surprise because at Le Vele they didn't take dogs (which is absurd in 2025 and I also believe not allowed by law)! In the end we ate very well in a very elegant and comfortable environment! And above all served by very pleasant and wonderful people with our dogs! Nowadays it is increasingly difficult to find places where the goodness of the food is accompanied by excellent service!! Highly recommended!!!!❤️

The atmosphere is modern, with attention to detail, airy and bright, spotlessly clean, and there's practically nothing to complain about. It's hard to finish the dishes, the portions of which are above average. The quality of the fresh pasta and fish is remarkable. Congratulations, highly recommended for anyone in the Bellaria area. Emiliano
