We think we are entering a restaurant on Route 66... ​​a few large tables, walls and an indescribable decor from the 60s... a video game cabinet... we imagine a menu of some variations of burgers and hotdogs... Then once seated, everything changes. Smile, a welcome glass of proseco, a rich menu for all tastes... In the meantime, an excellent appetizer, then a symphony of taste. OK it's not a Michelin star... but super good, different... a menu all their own... Thank you chef, we will be happy to come back.

10/03/2024: We found this place by chance while browsing the internet during a stay in Città di Castello. We struggled to find the entrance as it is up a staircase leading down from the main street, no illuminated signs or signs indicating the entrance. Once inside we were amazed by the beauty of the place, the beautifully set tables, perfect order, the beautiful window offering a wonderful panoramic view, both the dishes ordered and the service were excellent, the price was normal based on what we ate. Then they don't accept Amex so I don't know if I'll go back. Very good and not burnt pizza. Advisers to make it a little lower. Quite challenging edges but I repeat, excellent dough and seasoning.
