We tried the seafood menu, what can I say... a real triumph of fish dishes and flavors... Many appetizers and a nice choice of first and second courses... 10/06/2025: Last night I celebrated my birthday with my family by having dinner at the Mare Nostrum restaurant. The place is very nice, with wooden tables and chairs, poor art style furniture, wooden floor and stone base, very beautiful. The mise en place is minimal but in tune with the environment. The staff is very kind, present, not intrusive and very attentive. The food was really good: very fresh fish and very well cooked, just the right portions. After ordering, we received our dishes very quickly. We tried the mixed appetizer, tagliolini with lobster, mixed raw food, fish soup, grilled vegetables and zabaglione. As already said, everything was really good. The wine list is also very interesting. I highly recommend the Mare Nostrum restaurant if you want to eat good fish in Turin! I conclude with a thank you to the staff who will have understood from a few words said at the table that it was the birthday of one of us and, at the end, they brought us a dessert with a candle!

03/07/2025: The food was delicious, but way overpriced. Drinks were also expensive, like a 0.33L Coca-Cola - €8. At our table (around 8:00 p.m.), we were constantly disturbed by dozens of wasps while we ate. This resulted in several mosquito bites. It spoiled the entire evening, as our 3-year-old toddler was terrified of wasps.

31/05/2025: We returned to Sartù after a few months, and the quality continues to satisfy and surprise. The environment is relaxing for colors and atmosphere, the service excellent (Maurizio followed us in our lunch with sympathy and discretion, in the right measure, with suggestions on wine/meal pairing and pleasant short exchanges of jokes), the tasty dishes, with quality of the raw material that reveals itself to the palate, and ideal quantity. A gem: in addition to the sartù - obviously - a sublime parmigiana in carrozza..!

18/06/2025: Fantastic food. The tuna steak (blue) was spot on. Even our l 5 yo really enjoyed his seafood tagliatelle and aubergine side and he’s still somewhat conservative with food🤭

Naturally, tuna is proposed in various ways, all excellent. Smoked, grilled, as a sauce for first courses. Prices appropriate to the dishes offered

22/06/2025: We were so impressed by the food on our 1st visit, we went back for another dinner. Food was impressively prepared. The lemon sorbet is a must try. Excellent service. Lovely music background. Their menu has a very useful coding according to diet requirements. One more thing, is probably one of the only restaurants that opened before 1900. Suitable for those who like to eat a bit earlier.

Cibo buonissimo e coccolati con piatti particolari e sfiziosi,cantina sempre ottima e dolci strabuoni!!!! Prezzi nella media per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto. 10/06/2025: The welcome and warmth of the Calabrians are unmatched! In this restaurant they welcome you warmly, in a Polite and kind way. Vins (Vincenzo) the Host, is present without being excessive. A breathtaking view to enjoy while they delight you with exquisite dishes. We will definitely be back! A beautiful experience!
