Qualità della materia prima indiscutibile.Come si dice: "la qualità non ha prezzo"
Però 7 euro per il coperto mi sembra una esagerazione:prelibatezze (pane e focacce) che se assaggiate tutte poi non c'è più posto per i piatti principali.E poi ,cosa dire di un ricarico del 450% su un vino da 10€?
01/08/2024: A 3 anni di distanza dall'ultima esperienza siamo tornati da Ensama e possiamo assolutamente affermare che l'esperienza è stata fantastica quanto la prima! Lasciatevi accompagnare dallo chef Sabino in questo viaggio culinario che ha come principale protagonista il mare della Puglia! Ottimo ristorante per festeggiare un'occasione speciale.

22/08/2024: Opinions are significantly overstated. While the staff was very polite and nice, and the atmosphere was good, we left this restaurant hungry - so much so that we needed to go for a second dinner. The portions are microscopically small and if you don't take appetizers, first and second courses and dessert, there is no chance that you will be full. I would understand the idea of this "exquisite" restaurant if the dishes were outstanding. But unfortunately they weren't. They were just good - and SMALL.

But if you don't like proposals for tourists in the midst of infernal gangs and instead you are looking for elegance, research and passion you cannot fail to go to the Triscele restaurant. A very high level proposal and an attentive and precise staff in the beautiful setting of Cefalù. Your palate will find ample satisfaction whether you are a lover of meat, fish or a vegetarian. I absolutely recommend booking in advance

10/08/2024: Like every year we treat ourselves to a week at the seaside in Mattinata and as always a fixed stop for at least 2 evenings at La Scarpetta D'oro dinner. And what can I say..... in addition to high quality products, a splendid menu, what makes this place the top of the top is the friendliness of the staff, the breathtaking view and above all the hospitality and friendliness of Michele, the holder. What to add...see you next year!

The owner Francesco, a very nice person, pleasantly enlivened our lunch.
Availability, hospitality and courtesy are the winning horses. We felt like we were among lifelong friends. I recommend the starter with creamed cod and the fish first courses. Breadsticks, focaccia and lemon sorbet made by the kitchen. Good choice of wines.

11/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant, I think it is excellent and intelligent for how it is managed. In my opinion the products are really high quality. The only attention is to find out about the menu of the day, for the rest go calmly because you will not be disappointed, all at the right price
20/07/2024: Fixed menu at €40 per person with 10 courses selected by the chef from starters to desserts. Wine and drinks included, coffee and bitters. Highly recommended, a real gem in the heart of Tuscania. You really don't wake up hungry! Very attentive and courteous service.

Traveling a hundred meters, I didn't find any problems with parking, but I stayed between May and June: in high season it could be a little different.
10/07/2024: Oltre ad avere una magnifica visuale, un mare favoloso con relativa spiaggia, i sapori che lo chef compone come a dipingere un quadro sono a dir poco favolosi. Il tutto accompagnato da un team professionale e funzionante.
Ogni prodotto, dall'olio d'oliva, al pane al caffè al gelato al pesce, tutto estremamente di una qualità eccezionale. Si possono mangiare piatti sofisticati o "semplicemente" panini farciti che sono strepitosi.
Lo consigliamo vivamente.

The chef is an experienced maestro in the kitchen who explained the menu options in detail and catered to our individual needs.
