16/11/2025: A restaurant literally in jail. Pleasant atmosphere, helpful and attentive staff. Good food. Will definitely return.

13/11/2025: We came based on other reviews and the proximity to the Galeazzi Hospital, but we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and courteous service, the quality and attention to detail of the dishes, and above all, the worthy concept that runs through them. Congratulations to everyone! If we ever get back to the area, we'll definitely visit these professionals again!

10/12/2025: Pizzeria restaurant with generous portions and a very extensive menu. The pizza is good (there's also a pizza rotation option) and the mixed fried fish. The highlight for me is the tiramisu, divine. The service is typical of a trattoria, a bit chaotic, but the staff are always smiling and friendly. Top prices.

08/12/2025: An evening with the whole family at a restaurant that truly surprised us. It felt like being in the realm of football, with photos and jerseys of footballers hanging all over the walls, many autographed by famous champions. Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was impeccable, with attentive and courteous staff, very short wait times, and comfortable seating. The pizzas were good, especially the heart-shaped ones for ladies. The first courses were good, including the classic tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and the desserts were delicious. The quality/price ratio was good.

15/09/2025: The owner is incredibly kind! He uses only the freshest vegetables and genuine extra virgin olive oil! The fresh, high-quality flavor of the extra virgin olive oil is a true delight, and every pizza is a must-try delicacy! A wonderful place worth discovering! I highly recommend it! 😋

06/12/2025: I often ordered here through various delivery services, but after one time ingredients were missing from a pizza, another time there was the mozzarella sticking out and needing to be removed, and then, magically in the same evening, after 2 hours of waiting, they claimed to have given up on nen twice, to 2 different delivery drivers (the second time, after I had called the restaurant directly, they even cancelled the order directly over the phone, claiming it wasn't them (which was confirmed to me by the delivery support) and after the cancellation another delivery driver showed up, to whom they gave 3 more pizzas, and, magically, this one too, according to them, had stolen the order). I would say simply embarrassing! If they ever lost the order, it can happen, but taking the piss out of a customer by inventing that 2 different delivery drivers had stolen the pizzas, no way... terrible.

21/10/2025: I've been to this authentic Milanese restaurant in the heart of the city several times and have always had a great experience. Marco and his entire team are always super helpful and professional. The excellent risotto with ossobuco and their Milanese cutlet are a real MUST HAVE! Totally approved!

20/10/2025: We had a great time at Cadrega. The food was delicious and the ingredients were top-quality! We tried the cotoletta, the ossobuco, and the rostin negàa, and everything was perfectly prepared and tasted great. The mondeghili and zucchini flowers were also very good.

The atmosphere is that of an elegant yet authentic Lombard farmhouse, with a cast-iron stove that welcomes you more than the waiter himself. The staff is attentive, kind, and discreet: the kind of service that makes you feel like a guest, not a customer. The cuisine alternates solidity and delicacy. Gratinated cauliflower opens the dinner with restraint and sweetness, followed by an off-menu veal tartare: balanced, well-seasoned, and pleasantly crunchy thanks to the pine nuts. The fillet with foie gras and black truffle is convincing due to its cooking and sauce, but the truffle remains too timid to truly assert itself. The Milanese-style brains, a bold and now rare dish, brings a flavor of yesteryear to the table: authentic, bold, almost nostalgic, even if the modern plating takes away some of the poetry. The desserts tone things down slightly: the Rusumada lacks the expected zabaglione-like creaminess, while the chestnut meringue, too colorful and not very "chestnut," leaves a slightly uneven finish. The evening is lifted by the 2022 Syrah Cortona DOC, a generous and consistent wine, served at the right temperature, the ideal companion to the main courses. The bill—€187 for two—reflects the quality, with no surprises. A place that combines roots and moderation, capable of welcoming with sincerity. And outside, in the cold, silent courtyard, an old-fashioned parking attendant smiles: "'O core è core." And indeed, in here, the heart really does feel.

16/12/2025: I went for dinner with two friends and we had a great time. The place wasn't very crowded (it was a Wednesday, but that's rare in Milan). We had pappardelle with ragù, ravioli, and roast beef, plus a couple of desserts. The portions were generous and not overwhelming, but above all, delicious. The staff was super friendly, cheerful, and discreet. The place was very clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I'll gladly go back :)

06/12/2025: Classic Tuscan Cuisine Yeah, you’re not lacking choices in Milan. That said, if you’re in the mind for Tuscan fare, you could do far worse - the fiorentina is thick, the pici is excellent, and the service is top notch. And yeah, of course, all the wines you could ever want….

01/12/2025: I'm not a sushi fan, but this place is very good, among the ones I've tried. You can taste the quality in your mouth. Reservations are recommended; it fills up quickly.

06/09/2025: We ate pizza but we weren't crazy about it, especially the one with chips where they put them already fried on the pizza and then re-cooked in the oven.

11/10/2025: We had the maki pizzas, and they were delicious, tasty, and original. The all-you-can-eat option allows you to try different flavors. Con: THE PRICE. The price is too high (almost €35 for the all-you-can-eat option with multiple flavors). These are basically pizza rolls with various ingredients on top (not all of which are necessarily very expensive)... the fact that the price is higher than an all-you-can-eat sushi place, where you get raw fish with almost every course, doesn't make sense. Absolutely too much.

31/08/2025: The place is small, so reservations are recommended. The pizzas are very good, and the customization options are nice. The €3 cover charge for a paper napkin and the option to use flavored olive oil is inexplicable.
