Great find. Highly recommend Alla Cadrega My hotel recommended this place and got us a reservation. The staff was super welcoming when we got there—no pressure, just let us look over the menu at our own pace. My teenage daughter and I both ordered the same pasta dish and it was delicious. Homemade tiramisu for dessert was excellent too (forgot to take pic). Family-owned vibe and honestly just a really nice place to eat. Will definitely go back if we’re in the area again.

I had a rib-eye steak, but it wasn't anything special. It wasn't very large, and the meat was just tender enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was pleasant.

We bumped into this lovely restaurant on our exploration of the city! We were welcomed by a big smile and were accommodated immediately despite the language barrier. Drinks and coffee were amazing, but the food was what topped our experience! Authentic, Homemade and made with love!! Definitely will need to come back if I’m ever in Milano again.

Delicious food! Typical Milanese dishes Excellent service, very kind and helpful staff! We were in a group with a person with food intolerances, and they accommodated us very kindly. We'll be back soon!

03/07/2026: booked on the fork. had the salmon and nduja schisce(?), saffron risotto, pesto lasagne, salmon kataifi and tarte tatin. They all hit the spot. especially the schisce and lasagne. too bad its our last night in milan, if not we would’ve come back here for sure. our server (didnt get his name) was really attentive, patient, and friendly. he explained everything to us and we can tell he is passionate about what he does. definitely worth a try!!!
01/07/2026: Quality food, carefully crafted dishes, even in their presentation. The atmosphere was perfect for a dinner for two. The welcome and service were delightful. The owner took the time to explain the origin of the restaurant's name and was willing to modify a dish due to my lactose intolerance. The schisce (small plates), risotto (the restaurant's signature dish), slow-cooked suckling pig, and grilled octopus were all delicious.
