Do suggest reserving to ensure your table, especially at weekend. They were very helpful to find us a table on the telephone, but the web booking system is easy to navigate.

23/03/2025: I came to this restaurant years ago and I wanted to try it again... The meat was good, but in my opinion a Florentine steak must have a nice fillet and not almost non-existent one. If I had wanted to eat a rib-eye I would have taken a rib-eye... instead I took a Florentine steak and ate a rib-eye... the fillet was tiny while the rib-eye was 6 times the size of the fillet... almost making me think it had been removed from the meat... I should have had a fillet and that's it I would have been much happier. initially I had chosen the Fiorentina Nebraska at 100 per kg but then when I saw the meat at the counter which had the non-existent fillet I took an Italian Fiorentina... but the result was the same. The meat was good, the fillet was very soft, too bad there were 4 pieces on a very large Florentine steak... bah

13/04/2025: We went to El Carnicero in Corso Garibaldi for dinner and the experience was really positive. We booked well in advance, which I highly recommend, as the place is often fully booked. The environment is refined, lively and with an original taste, with an atmosphere that lends itself both to a dinner with friends and to a more intimate evening. The highlight is undoubtedly the meat: we tasted Japanese and Argentinian cuts, both excellent. The meat was very tender, cooked to perfection and served with great attention to presentation. The staff is very courteous and attentive to customer needs, always available but never intrusive. The dessert moment and the curious lollipop tree which gives a fun touch to the end of the meal are also very scenic. Even though I didn't personally taste the dessert, those who were with me appreciated it very much. Overall, a nice experience that is definitely worth the price, especially for those who love high-quality meat.

05/04/2025: Small and delicious Korean place (run by real Koreans who also speak Italian) where you can enjoy a rich menu of excellent typical South Korean dishes (the waiters always ask/check whether you prefer the spicy or non-spicy version), Korean beer, soju and makgeolli included. Impeccable service, with very kind and fast staff. There are no classic barbeque tables but the banchan are excellent, the grilled bacon with sautéed vegetables (exquisite) is served on hot cast iron trays, with the lettuce on the side to still make the typical rolls, a textbook fried chicken, accompanied by daikon marinated in perfect Korean style. The Korean version of tiramisu and panna cotta is also delicious. To come back several times to taste everything. Better to book, because there aren't many tables.

04/04/2025: Small portions, over priced, the main dish is not tasty as the ingredients are not very good. Only the appetizer is up to expectation.
