We chose this restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant and refined, perfect for a special family evening. The welcome was fantastic: all the staff were kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the dinner.
The food was truly excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. As a celiac, I truly appreciated the attention they paid to preparing my dishes: I felt at ease and treated with great professionalism, which is not always a given.
Excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a wonderful initiative that made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This is my second visit to this restaurant. In Galera is much more than just a place to eat: it's an experience that combines haute cuisine and social value. The dishes are carefully crafted, refined, and surprising, worthy of a high-end restaurant, but what's truly impressive is the human touch behind every course.
Inmates work here and, through training and work, find a real opportunity for reintegration. The service is attentive, authentic, and meaningful: you can sense the commitment and desire for redemption in every detail.
A place where the food is excellent, but the greatest value is what it contributes to building beyond the plate. Congratulations!

Interesting experience and absolutely delightful service. A little out of the way, especially if you're traveling by public transport, but worth it. The presentation is discreet and the dishes are unpretentious. The price is a little higher than it deserves, but that's understandable. Worth a try.

I had dinner with friends on Saturday; the restaurant was lovely, very well-kept, and the attention to detail was especially evident in the table settings: white linen runners with perfectly arranged and ironed napkins (it's become extremely difficult to find runners/tablecloths on tables these days), all the glasses for water, wine, and sparkling wine were present, cutlery was changed for each dish, and the wine was poured without spilling a single drop on the white runner!!! Everything was impeccable! We were greeted at the entrance by a very kind gentleman who led us to the restaurant (inside). Everyone was extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive; the wine cellar was good, with a selection of various wines, good food, and reasonable prices. At the end of the dinner, as we were the last table to leave, we lingered to chat with the wait staff, and I can confirm that they are all friendly, cordial, and welcoming... something not to be taken for granted in a restaurant (even the most prestigious ones aren't guaranteed to have all this; rather, they tend to be aloof, formal, and condescending). We really enjoyed it...perhaps the only thing I would have added: a little background music! The absence of it, however, allowed for pleasant conversation! Otherwise, it was an excellent choice and an experience worth repeating for a convivial dinner where you can be relaxed and chat peacefully.
I had fond memories of this restaurant a few years ago, but unfortunately, last week's experience, on a weekday, with my family for a birthday, wasn't the same. The staff was always extremely courteous and professional, and the place was well-maintained, but the food was disappointing, especially considering the prices: €15 for a "caprese sfiziosa" made with pizza-quality scamorzone cheese, frozen to boot, or €30 for a breaded cutlet with a lackluster coating. In short, the project is still commendable, but I wouldn't recommend it anymore, and that's a shame.
