Talking with my nephew, who studies at university in Milan, I learned about this restaurant open to the public inside the Bollate prison, and we went there for lunch today. Congratulations on the project with the Rehabilitation Mission. The food is good, the welcome is friendly, the place is clean and original, the staff is attentive, and the ingredients are top-quality. I highly recommend this experience. Well done.

We came with friends to celebrate a retirement. The atmosphere is pleasant and well-maintained. The welcome was surreal (at the entrance, you pass through a security gate with staff who accompanied us to the restaurant). The (à la carte) selection is varied, and each dish is carefully prepared, excellent, and beautifully presented. It left us all (I believe) completely satisfied. The entire staff was helpful, discreet, and very attentive throughout the meal, but never intrusive. It's a place worth visiting, especially for its purpose of rehabilitation and social redemption. I think we'll return.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant and refined, perfect for a special family evening. The welcome was fantastic: all the staff were kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the dinner. The food was truly excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. As a celiac, I truly appreciated the attention they paid to preparing my dishes: I felt at ease and treated with great professionalism, which is not always a given. Excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a wonderful initiative that made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

The dishes are carefully crafted, refined, and surprising, worthy of a high-end restaurant, but what's truly impressive is the human touch behind every course. Inmates work here and, through training and work, find a real opportunity for reintegration. The service is attentive, authentic, and meaningful: you can sense the commitment and desire for redemption in every detail. A place where the food is excellent, but the greatest value is what it contributes to building beyond the plate. Congratulations!
