Simply the best pizza by the slice. I can't say if it's "Milan-style," but it's certainly better than the well-known chains that populate this area (Precotto). The choice of flours, ingredients, and the courtesy of Chiara and Marco make this pizza a top-notch gem. It's a shame that the building in which Morsum is nestled doesn't allow for the use of the large front space, making Morsum a hidden gem on Via Rucellai. A little more visibility and more consistent opening hours would certainly give Morsum the boost it deserves.
