Cuisine: Let me start by saying that even the bread basket here is a work of art: fresh, with a crispy crust and a variety of varieties, it perfectly prepared the taste buds for the further gastronomic journey. Delicate ricotta with its creamy texture and slight saltiness conquered from the first bite. The Russian salad, served with an elegant accent, retained its traditional charm, but acquired sophisticated notes. The artichoke, cooked to perfection, surprised with a combination of crunch and softness, and the lobster... Oh, that lobster! Juicy meat, emphasized by an exquisite sauce, became the main character of the evening. Wines: The Don Carlo wine list is a separate delight. The 2020 Barolo I chose was the perfect companion for the dinner: rich, with velvety tannins and ripe berry notes, it complemented each dish harmoniously. Service: The staff showed the highest level of professionalism - attentive but unobtrusive, with a deep knowledge of the menu. Each recommendation of the waiter was accurate, and the service was impeccably fast. Special food, for each dish they give you a special homemade bread, they welcome you with some appetizers offered and at the end there is a tasting of desserts. The staff is super friendly and attentive 100% recommended

03/04/2025: I recently went to Pitbeef for dinner with my boyfriend. It was the first time we had eaten there, and already from how we were welcomed I knew that it would be an extremely positive experience! The place is small and the atmosphere is really welcoming. The two gentlemen who run the place are super friendly, nice and kind, well prepared on any question and ready to give the best advice. I really appreciated the explanation of the dishes on the menu and the accompanying whisky. Not drinking alcohol, I initially believed that sipping whiskey with meat (it is not mandatory to order it) would not be my strong point, but the detailed explanations of the histories of the different whiskeys and the recommended pairings led me to live a unique tasting experience! The desserts were truly amazing, the shortbreads (which I absolutely love) were crazy and the smoked citrus ricotta was also sensational. We really appreciated the possibility of being able to share dishes: in this way we had the opportunity to taste many dishes and experiment to the fullest! The price we paid, for what we ordered and for the very attentive service received - without considering the location, is absolutely correct and in fact, I expected to spend more! I thank the staff again for making us have a wonderful evening and for making us feel welcomed ^^

02/04/2025: I recently went to Pit Beef and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. The venue offers a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional staff always ready to recommend the best dishes. The meat is absolutely phenomenal and the whiskeys paired with the dishes further enhance the taste of the food. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, considering the quality of the raw materials and the attention to detail. An experience definitely worth having!

19/05/2025: Great coffee and delicious focaccia ~ Friendly people.... I took off one star because there is construction going on in front of the store. There is no need to go to expensive places in Milan for breakfast.
