I would define the chef's cuisine as "Contemporary and Classic." The menu offers various tastings, ranging from Magenes' classics to contemporary new dishes. His cuisine is a concentration of flavors, but always with the restraint of someone who knows their skills and knows how far to push them. His dishes convey a sensation somewhere between art (plating) and food (taste, satori, texture, etc.). Among the various dishes, I absolutely recommend trying the Limoncina Gnocchi, Santa Margherita Pink Shrimp, and Salted Almonds. It was an explosion of flavors.

Dinner for my brother's 40th birthday... a small group of friends... First of all, we have to thank the owners, because the evening was dedicated to a tasting menu and champagne, but they accommodated us by letting us choose the à la carte menu, which we really appreciated. We chose the mixed appetizers... everything was delicious, tasty, and satisfying, even fun in some courses. The hay butter won everyone over... the saffron, Ticino porcini mushroom, and truffle risotto with the "osso buco," which was a fake bone but was actually a mushroom mousse, was fantastic... delicious, and it was a truly generous course. The desserts and biscuits to accompany the coffee were also excellent. The atmosphere was refined and well-maintained, the staff attentive and precise. We really enjoyed it. A wonderful experience.

Dinner gifted with Smartbox. Excellent service, top-quality ingredients. Gourmet cuisine with two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert. A glass of sparkling water and coffee. Warm bread with thyme butter...delicious. Perfect dinner for a quiet evening in a welcoming and refined atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
