If you want to eat really good polenta or TOC, you absolutely must go to Chalet Gabriele. I've been going for at least 30 years, and everything is always delicious, with incredible value for money.

A truly lovely place! A wooden chalet with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The setting is typical mountain and dogs are welcome. There are always two sleeping at the entrance, and they are very good and cuddly. Dogs are, of course, welcome. The food is truly delicious! I always recommend adding the polenta ounce, because it's exceptional! The dishes may look small, but trust me, they're filling and it's a bit of a struggle to finish them! Fair prices! Highly recommended!

We stayed at Chalet Gabriele for a bachelorette party and had a wonderful time! The location is beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The food was excellent, and the service was fast and courteous! For large groups, it's possible to create a menu, even a custom one (our bride wasn't a fan of cold cuts), so you can sample multiple courses at a reasonable price. Federica, who handles special requests, was extremely clear, kind, and never intrusive. She accommodated our every need, from choosing a table near the windows, to the custom menu, to last-minute changes to the number of guests. So, what can I say? Choosing them was an excellent choice and highly recommended! An added bonus is the terrace above the venue, where you can sit and enjoy some sun and the view of the lake! A place to remember and return to!

This historic venue has become a veritable powerhouse, yet still retains its pop soul. Traditional Lombard cuisine is excellent value. Reservations are essential, as it's a popular destination.

A dinner from many years ago, a memory I'll never forget and one I always recommend to anyone staying in the area. Truly delicious flavors and a mouth-watering menu, polenta in every way.

Rustic restaurant on the hills behind Bellagio. Beautiful views from the windows and a pleasant atmosphere. Very good food, mountain cuisine with refined touches and Piedmontese and French influences. Affordable prices. The option to order half portions (already on the menu) is excellent. The only drawback: it's very popular and therefore crowded on holidays. Reservations are required. One last plus: the kitchen practically never closes during the day!
