In a world where mountain refuges/chalets/meetings have now reached gourmet prices, the polenta library is a beacon of hope and civilization. Absolutely excellent prices for high quality (and generous quantity) products.
Therefore a highly recommended place, which can easily rise to the Olympus of the best refreshment points in Lombardy

Magnificent place with an enchanting view! Typical local dishes; the top pizzoccheri I had a really good and tasty onion soup, not to mention the polenta with the superlative braised meat and the chestnuts with ice cream and cream to end the perfect lunch! The impeccable service and the honest price, thank you.

Magnificent location and view, everything else to be reviewed: too many seats, crowded tables, large groups behaving like at a bar, discreet but pre-cooked food (the very short waiting times are proof of this), hasty service. The only positive note was the more than honest bill.

Ultra popular and now historic place to enjoy good food with a fabulous view. You can book a table and enjoy the view from the spectacular windows inside the restaurant or enjoy the same dishes with self-service, using the tables outside. There is also a splendid terrace set up with tables for self-service or drinking a coffee. It is always very busy, at least on weekends. I only suggest improving the environmental impact of self-service with compostable plates and cutlery and clear indications for separate waste collection.

Locale che offre tantissimi tipi di polenta diversi, oltre a numerosi primi e secondi. La polenta cuncia che ho mangiato è sicuramente la più buona mai assaggiata, da provare assolutamente. Prezzi onesti. Accettano anche cani

Ormai è una certezza, con gli anni non si smentisce sia dal punto di vista qualitativo che quantitativo, in fatto di cibo! Con amici gustati i taglieri e gli sciatt come antipasti, i pizzoccheri e la polenta (normale e uncia) col brasato o con la salsiccia quali portate. Per finire i dessert ( zabaione caldo, torta pere e cioccolato, muffin di mele con gelato). Tutto ottimo! Servizio simpatico e velocissimo; prezzi ottimi ( con vino, acqua, caffè e coperto di sono spesi 30 euro a testa). Consigliato
