16/12/2025: 🌟 Excellent Review: Perfect Christmas Lunch for the Bergamo Dopolavoro Ferroviario (DLF Bergamo) Group! Recently, the Bergamo Dopolavoro Ferroviario had the pleasure of celebrating Christmas Lunch at Trattoria "LA FIASCA" in Costa di Mezzate (BG), and the experience was simply exceptional. We were a large group, about 50-55 people, but despite the large turnout, the restaurant managed everything with impeccable professionalism and courtesy. We were all satisfied, both with the excellent cuisine and the excellent organization. 🍽️ The Menu and Food Quality The menu offered for the event was rich, carefully selected, and fully satisfied all palates. The dishes were generous and delicious, fully living up to the expectations of the Christmas menu: Appetizers: A trio of impressive and varied dishes: warm seafood salad, a flavorful platter of local cured meats with fried gnocco, cod with polenta, and a delicate smoked beef carpaccio with parmesan shavings. First courses: The two first courses were excellent, particularly the risotto with Treviso and scamorza cheese (much appreciated for its enveloping flavor) and the fusilli with small vegetables and shrimp (fresh and flavorful). Second courses: The choice between the swordfish fillet Palermo-style and the beef tagliata with arugula, parmesan, and baked potatoes was excellent. The meat was perfectly cooked and tender, while the fish was flavorful and light. Dessert: The meal concluded in grand style with the dessert and sparkling wine offered by Dopolavoro, a spectacular and delicious finale (as evidenced by the splendid cake). ✨ Impeccable Organization and Service The real highlight of the day was the impeccable organization in a large setting. Managing over 50 guests at once, serving hot, high-quality dishes, is a daunting task, but the staff at "La Fiasca" demonstrated great attention, speed, and kindness. The atmosphere, welcoming and well-prepared for the holidays (as you can see from the photos), helped make the event a success. ✅ In Summary If you're looking for a place in the province of Bergamo to host a lunch or dinner for a large group, Trattoria "La Fiasca" is an absolute must. The Dopolavoro Ferroviario of Bergamo was thrilled, and we can highly recommend this restaurant.

26/11/2025: Beautiful place, with great service and good prices. Lovely atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, and the owners are incredibly friendly. They have all kinds of drinks; we ordered a Roman-style tweezers with stracciatella and cherry tomatoes—spectacular! They have wine, beer, cocktails, everything. Highly recommended.

14/11/2025: ...a very central place in Bergamo. Simply exceptional beers. Super welcoming atmosphere, incredible staff: Rebecca, Giada, Luca... you have to get to know them... when you're greeted with a smile, no matter what, you're always happy to return... exquisite products and a family atmosphere as soon as you walk in. This is the kind of place you return to because it feels good and every time you're welcomed like it's the first time... a constant surprise!!! Thanks guys!!! See you next time!!!

01/11/2025: A charming, spacious, and hygienic place with a view of the Orobic Alps. Today, when we had lunch, cows appeared in the meadows, visible from the large, sealed glass verandas. During the summer, large outdoor terraces are available with a view of the surrounding green mountain landscape. For those who enjoy hiking, there are many walks, including the Capanna refuge at 1,969 meters on the southern slope of Pizzo Arera. Try the Taragna polenta with melted cheese, the mixed grill with polenta, or the imaginative, top-quality pizzas. The wine list is excellent, well-known, and the price is truly attractive. Local cheeses and other local products are available for purchase. Bar service is also available. The wait staff is top-notch, very kind, and ready to offer interesting suggestions. Wait times are short and average, and parking is ample and convenient. Recommended.

29/09/2025: So many stars...the location, the order, the cleanliness, the extraordinary 360° view, and, of course, undoubtedly, having enjoyed it on a motorcycle ride on a MONDAY. A few quiet patrons (!!!), a full "tasting" of a super-friendly welcome, excellent service, and, last but not least, truly excellent cuisine. It was a beautiful day (a few fluffy clouds and 18°C), but we planned to dine inside; it makes you think about the season when they use tables with a view on their various terraces. Absolutely wonderful. Well done!

08/12/2025: Recommended by friends, we decided to try this restaurant for dinner. The place is truly beautiful, with wooden tables and chairs and stone walls. We chose the €45 menu, which includes a sampling of various appetizers, first and second courses, and dessert. To start, we were served warm bread with butter, followed by a platter of cured meats and cheeses, polenta, caponata, and spinach meatballs. For the first courses, we had casoncelli pasta, cheese gnocchi, tagliatelle with butter and licorice, and cocoa ravioli with porcini mushrooms and truffle. Next up were polenta taragna, donkey stew, sliced ​​beef, and cabbage rolls. Finally, a chocolate and raspberry cake, strawberry ice cream, and apple pie. The menu is truly extensive, and every single dish is prepared with quality ingredients. I also really liked the concept behind the menu we chose because it's a wonderful experience to share. Highly recommended!

17/12/2025: I grew up eating at this pizzeria. The pizza was really excellent and well-topped. The staff was really friendly. The location is like it used to be, nothing modern but functional. The price for pizza and water was about €15 per person.

30/11/2025: Number 1 in Bergamo! I've been going to Tiraboschi for years, and I love the courtesy and kindness of the staff. The cappuccino is delicious, the croissants are amazing. The pastries are top-notch.

29/11/2025: I understand that sometimes you're tired of working, but responding rudely to a customer who ordered two coffees, sees one arrive, and has to wait four or five minutes for the eight-ounce coffee doesn't seem polite to me. Furthermore, the prices are higher than the city center average, and the croissants taste more like bread than pastry.
