17/06/2026: Wonderful lake view, delicious food but also a place where you can relax and feel good, also suitable for baptisms, weddings, birthdays. I went for a relative's wedding, I loved it, wonderful view, really very beautiful.
15/06/2026: The service is terrible. The staff are extremely unfriendly and not at all helpful. It's a shame about what is otherwise a lovely hotel.

10/08/2026: Al Lago is under new management, and it still seems to be finding its own unique identity. The service, so far, isn't up to par with the picture-perfect lake view offered to guests. On the plus side, the perfectly breaded perch.

10/06/2026: We happened to be driving by and spontaneously decided to eat there. I've never eaten such an incredibly good seafood pizza before. It was very good.

19/05/2026: Big place, lots of tables. I stopped by for a mid-morning coffee and they sat me down. I waited so long I thought they'd gone to pick it up.
Then in the bathroom I found a cigarette butt in the toilet. Well, questionable.
The potential is there; maybe a little more attention wouldn't hurt.

20/06/2026: The food was awful, extremely expensive, and the service was terrible.
16/06/2026: The staff is not very punctual and has zero enthusiasm. They take a break as soon as you arrive and get annoyed if you ask for anything. Breakfast on the sign starts at 9, but they say the cook arrives at 10-10:30. A terrible experience, a shame because the place is gorgeous.
