02/08/2026: A lovely, typical mountain trattoria with limited seating, good-quality food, and a somewhat long wait for your food, but overall it's worth it. The owner, what can I say? She's a wonderful person, and she makes you feel at home. She stops to chat, and it feels like you've known her forever. If you're passing by, I recommend stopping by. The only negative is that the prices are a bit too high. In conclusion, I had a lovely family lunch.

28/06/2026: Recommended by a friend for a seafood dinner... we booked for 8pm on Saturday evening, we arrived on time and were greeted by the supposed owner, looking vaguely lost and drenched in sweat, who greeted us with the phrase "we're having trouble" and it was only 8pm. There were only a few tables occupied, so we sat down at an inside table where three young waitresses were present, looking dazed and lost, who brought us drinks. After about 30 minutes they came to take our orders (we knew the menu by heart by now). We asked for a seafood appetizer to share (recommended by the supposed owner, now lost), a mixed fry and perch fillets with sage, but strangely enough, by 8:30pm they were already sold out. Disheartened, we ordered two first courses, tagliolini with lake ragù and spaghetti with clams. Another hellish wait and finally we had dinner, the dishes were standard and not as raved about as recent reviews had suggested. An appetizer to share and a first course, water and white wine (in bulk) for 40 euros...not bad (we skipped dessert and coffee to avoid being out until dawn). On a positive note, the owner, or so-called owner, had changed his shirt, and of course, no excuses. We definitely won't be back.

19/04/2026: I've passed this restaurant many times without stopping, but today I decided to try it... and it was definitely worth it. I chose a complete dish of taragna polenta, mushrooms, and veal stew: everything was truly excellent, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The polenta was perfect, creamy and flavorful, accompanied by an excellent, tender and flavorful stew. The mushrooms were also very good. To accompany everything, a Chianti Classico Villa Antinori made the dinner even more enjoyable. A very positive experience: traditional cuisine well-prepared and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

If you're looking for true local authenticity, warm hospitality, and the highest quality Bergamo cuisine, you absolutely must come here in Zogno. The atmosphere is fantastic and steeped in history. A tip not to be missed: you absolutely must try their toasted sandwich; it's simply delicious and prepared to perfection! A huge plus for logistics is that the place stays open late at night, making it a perfect stop any time of day. Local Guide's verdict: An authentic, welcoming, and impeccable place. If you're passing through the Brembana Valley, this is a must-see to experience the true spirit of an Italian bar. Five well-deserved stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
