05/02/2026: Sunday family lunch in a lovely place. Fast, attentive service and generous portions. I recommend the charcuterie and cheese platter, which is truly impressive and has authentic flavors. The balance of flavors in both the first and second courses still needs some improvement. I personally ordered an Argentine steak with patanegra and pumpkin, and the pumpkin virtually overpowered the flavor of the meat. Overall, the dishes were good, but as with anything, there's always room for improvement. The cheesecake needs revisiting. This is a mistake many people make: calling a dessert by one name and making it taste completely different from the original. Ample, very convenient private outdoor parking.

02/05/2026: A wonderful, intimate restaurant with an elegant yet understated style. Perfect for romantic evenings or a Saturday night dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks excellent English. Appetizers, main courses, and desserts wonderfully combine fine dining with local cheeses, wines, and other products for which Lombardy is famous. An interesting wine selection is also available. Highly recommended!

Good, good, good I've always heard about this butcher shop and restaurant, and I recently tried it; first for a business lunch and then in the evening with my girlfriend. On both occasions, the 1kg Florentine steak was a must. But first, the tartare appetizer was also truly excellent. The place is well-kept and clean. The waiters are friendly and knowledgeable.

03/05/2026: Butcher shop with food service, beautifully decorated, super friendly staff, top-notch food, and outstanding ingredients. The coffee is also good! We're far away, otherwise we'd be regulars, but we'll definitely be back!

03/05/2026: The food was excellent, as always. I've been there several times over the years and always had good food. Unfortunately, this time the owner wasn't there; his son was. As long as he was there, the atmosphere was as friendly and relaxed as ever. Once the son left, I was told, management was handed over to his so-called granddaughter, who was very rude and first offered me a digestive and then asked me to pay for it. Since I hadn't had it yet, I left feeling annoyed and, above all, disappointed, given that every time I've eaten at Tijuana, the owner has given the impression of having the PLEASURE of offering the house's signature amaro or digestive... It's truly sad that the new generation hasn't understood the kind and friendly nature of those who have made Tijuana such an excellent restaurant for at least 30 years.

This place is frequented primarily by Bergamo residents, not tourists, allowing you to truly experience the city's authentic atmosphere. Excellent service, excellent waiters, and a chef who chats with guests. During my first visit to Bergamo, I tried casoncelli—a local specialty resembling dumplings, with a very interesting filling and excellent sage butter. Served with tiramisu and a very good house wine. A perfect place for those who prefer to avoid the crowded tourist trails and want to see the real Bergamo.
