01/05/2026: This highly hyped coffee shop was a real disappointment. It's definitely not worth the trip. The cappuccino is served in thin-walled (albeit very stylish) plastic cups, which you can't even warm up. So you end up with a rather average-tasting cappuccino, served lukewarm. The only good thing is the velvety milk foam, but unfortunately, you can't get it out of the cup because the shop is "spoon-free." My partner wanted a little sugar, but that wasn't possible either, as the shop is also sugar-free... and all this for a whopping four euros per cappuccino! Conclusion: The cappuccino and coffee are completely overpriced, they don't taste significantly better, and they're served lukewarm in plastic cups without spoons. The really good milk foam had to stay in the plastic cup, as we didn't want to upset the snotty "barista" in the shop with wild tongue acrobatics... the customer service was already abysmal. The shop itself was no bigger than a matchbox, and the seating—three wobbly plastic bar stools!—was already too cramped and, with more than three people, more like claustrophobic. Never again Bugan!

21/04/2026: Best coffee spot in Bergamo. They also roast the beans in here and the coffee tastes absolutely amazing. The pastry is also great, buttery and you can taste the quality ingredients.

25/06/2026: A typical, local, family-run little restaurant where you can discover the pleasure of delicious traditional regional cuisine. The dishes are generous and delicious. The menu is available in Italian or English. There's even a menu with photos for those who, like me, prefer to choose with their eyes. The house wine is perfectly fine and inexpensive. The service is quick and friendly. And the most surprising thing: the excellent value for money. I recommend it. The only downside: no terrace. The dining room isn't air-conditioned; it's cooled by a fan. During the heatwave, it was very hot. Nevertheless, I'm going back tomorrow.

02/07/2026: I'd say it's a super place 🔝 and very obvious. A stunning and very well-kept place, tastefully decorated down to the smallest detail and, to say the least, super welcoming, "a super bomb." Very helpful staff: "Federica and Giorgia" are very kind and professional, and they give you excellent advice on choosing sandwiches (and what sandwiches...!!) If I had to describe all the food at this place, I'd give it an Oscar first! The quality and products are out of this world, the quantities are incredible at truly affordable prices, and the desserts... I recommend the brick... it's out of this world! In short... 28/06/2026: A good burger joint in an area where it's not so easy to find this kind of place at this level. The atmosphere is nice and fresh, the service is friendly and attentive. The food is good, but based on what I've tried, I might want to reconsider the balance between the size of the buns and the fillings (sometimes too full and therefore difficult to approach, other times too "bready," and the bun itself wasn't entirely convincing). The smash burger is excellent (made with a different type of bread, like a brioche bun), the prices are reasonable, and the house beer is excellent. I'll definitely be back to try other options, including the piadinas. Overall, they know how to work here and do it well.

07/07/2026: Just eaten here and I’d highly recommend it. My partner and I shared a pizza, salad and fries, and everything was delicious – especially the fries. We also had the house sparkling wine, which I wouldn’t normally order, but it was excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I couldn’t rate the service more highly. Overall, I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming place to eat in the area.

20/06/2026: The location is the only good thing about it, because while everything is working fine, it's all good, but when you have a problem, the host doesn't respond. It was 35°C (95°F) and there was no air conditioning, and the host offered no solution or refund. We found another hotel nearby, much better. Terrible service.

01/06/2026: I've been dining and staying at Cece & Simo for many years, and it's become a home and a place I love. The food is excellent, the drinks are excellent, and the quality of life is excellent. This isn't just because of the professionalism, friendliness, and care of Cece, Simo, and the entire staff, but also because you can clearly feel the power of these projects, carried out with heart, hard work, and a passion for things done well and done right. Highly recommended!! Go there!

21/05/2026: I went for a first communion, we ate very well in a fantastic place.

29/04/2026: An excellent location, ideal for ceremonies, but also for a lunch/dinner with friends. We chose it to celebrate a Confirmation and were delighted to find that all the dishes were homemade, locally sourced. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Dario, a friendly older man, who accompanied us on a visit to the various animals (goats, deer, donkeys, horses, chickens, and rabbits), telling us a little about their lives and sharing a few anecdotes. After a panoramic view of the sunset and a stop in the play area, we entered the restaurant, ready to enjoy a mix of appetizers (the salami and prosciutto were truly excellent, as were the rest), a second course of first courses (tagliatelle with nursery school sauce and homemade ravioli), polenta with rabbit, wild boar stew, and baked potatoes. To finish, a delicious fruit tart with a jam base, all truly homemade. For each course, we were offered several times a second or third serving. For the little ones, a smaller menu was available, featuring appetizers, ravioli, cutlet, and potatoes. Stella, the chef, truly pampered and spoiled us with expertly prepared dishes. You could taste all the love and passion the chef put into them. Jars of jams, pickles, and other homemade products are available for purchase. Open on weekends and by reservation. Highly recommended!

17/05/2026: I just left CEA Gel Gelateria and I can say it without hesitation: it's the best gelato I've ever eaten. Velvety cream, intense and flavorful flavors, and ingredients you can really taste. Every spoonful is a delight: from pistachio to chocolate, from fresh fruit to classic creams, everything is made to perfection. You can immediately tell when you're tasting top-quality gelato, and that's exactly what it is here. The place is very popular (a sign I'm not the only one who thinks so), but thanks to fast and efficient service, there are no interminable lines. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, able to offer advice and serve with a smile even during peak hours. And then there's the unbeatable value: generous portions, excellent gelato, and more than fair prices. A rare combination. CEA Gel isn't just a gelato shop, it's a true experience. If you love good gelato, this is one of those places not to be missed. Rating: 10/10 I will definitely be back, and very often. Highly recommended! 🍦
