07/04/2024: Very little attention to the customer. I request a vegetarian platter for an aperitif and I am brought sandwiches with ham. I accept the oversight that may happen and I point out the mistake made to the waiter, the cutting board is taken away and returns similar to before but with vegetables instead of ham and a small piece of ham still left on a sandwich. As we eat it, we realize that it still actually tastes like ham. What happened is that the sandwiches were emptied and filled with more. Vegetarian customers would like not to feel a meaty aftertaste when eating their dishes, it is really disgusting. I find it very unprofessional, as well as great inattention and a lack of respect towards the customer, who is made fun of. It is also annoying that it is assumed that everyone is omnivorous and free from intolerances and no questions are asked when ordering to make the customer feel included regarding their food choices or limitations.

02/04/2024: I tried the cream brioches, very good, paid €1.70... then I wanted to try the savory one by taking a stuffed focaccia, €7... focaccia large in price but not in size, I asked for it hot and it was brought to me cold , without napkins and without even a knife to divide it since there were 2 of us. In addition to not being worth what you pay for it, the flaw was the service. For me, service is important, if you charge dearly, you must also have a service that is up to par, I'm sorry here, but at least I haven't encountered it.
