05/06/2025: Restaurant with elegant table setting and interiors, and perhaps overly formal service. The cold cuts appetizer was of decent quality, the casoncelli on the other hand had no flavor, they even turned out to be a little bland, the fillet of meat seemed to be of good quality and with a nice plating. Good wine list. Prehistoric times between one course and the next, two and a half hours for three courses and with about 50 minutes of waiting between the first and second courses. High prices, which would have barely been adequate even if there had been perfect service and cuisine.

31/03/2025: My second time after a few years Ai Burattini and... I left as enthusiastic as the first. Everything is very well-kept, from the very attentive service to the customer, to the land and lake dishes, to the use of products from the Slow Food Presidium, to the cellar where the customer can directly choose (and, if undecided, expertly recommended by the owner). The menu is well-kept: the quality of the dishes is very high and the recognition among the Osterie d'Italia in the Michelin Guide is certainly more than deserved. Excellent quality/price ratio. Really good!

Servizio curato però il titolare ha un bel caratterino Mangiato menù di pesce ben fatto, pulito, rapito, buono. Consigliato
