02/04/2024: I have never had the pleasure of staying at Grammelot, but I have been lucky enough to have been a customer of their restaurant for a few years. The location is spectacular, made of stone, with a beautiful outdoor space overlooking meadows and woods. The owners are kind, dedicated to their work and extremely welcoming. Not simple restaurateurs, but real hosts with whom you can happily chat at the end of the meal or between one course and another. The cuisine is excellent, favoring local products and traditional dishes that are an expression of the territory that hosts the structure. Excellent quality/price ratio, difficult to find elsewhere. Recommended and I will definitely continue to return.

23/02/2024: Mangiato benissimo. Però un po' disorganizzazione nel servizio. Eravamo in tre e abbiamo mangiato uno alla volta. Consiglio di servire un tavolo alla volta così si riesce a mangiare insieme. Sul cibo tutto squisito. Personale gentile.

05/02/2024: La mia recensione, non è legata alla qualità del cibo, che ho trovato buona, ma alla modalità di pagamento e fatturazione. Non esiste menu: ovvero i piatti vengono mostrati su una lavagnetta, che riporta solo in alcuni casi i relativi prezzi. Es. per il classico antipasto misto che viene proposto, non si trova traccia del prezzo. Detto questo, che è certamente migliorabile in trasparenza: arriviamo al conto. Alla cassa, viene fatto un veloce conteggio ed indicata la cifra (che, non avendo visto i prezzi, ci stupisce un pò a dire il vero). Paghiamo in contante ed usciamo, con una sorta di "scontrino" che ad una prima occhiata, vuole "assomigliare" davvero ad uno scontrino fiscale: esce dalla cassa digitale e viene consegnato davvero come "uno scontrino". Peccato, che analizzandolo era una semplice "ricevuta gestionale" (riportava chiaramente questa dicitura). Al che, rientriamo e chiediamo il dettaglio di quanto acquistato ed una ricevuta fiscale corretta. Ci viene quindi gentilmente fornita e ci viene questa volta consegnato un reale "scontrino fiscale" che riportava correttamente la numerazione, l'iva etc etc. La cosa fastidiosa è stata che la cassiera, nonchè proprietaria, ha sostenuto fino in fondo di dover "annullare il precedente scontrino" e che "era una ricevuta fiscale reale". Quando palesemente non lo era e si voleva fare la classica furbata, prendendo per sciocco il cliente, fingendo di consegnare una ricevuta, che in realtà non lo era. Quindi: non ci tornerò. Le persone, tanto più i clienti, meritano rispetto, non di essere furbescamente raggirati su piccole cose come queste.

26/03/2024: We had salmon and breasola starter, 3 pesce and grilled veg, a bottle of brilliant lugana, desert coffee and wonderful professional friendly service and all of that reasonable priced! The ambience is lacking, but everything else was top, and we will come again
