14/05/2026: Restaurant located in the immediate vicinity of the Sanctuary. The fixed menu was €13 (I paid a little more because I ordered dessert). Everything was really good and plentiful. The service was fast and the staff were extremely friendly. There were two of us without reservations and we found a table, but the restaurant was really busy, so reservations are recommended. The food was excellent, thank you.
10/05/2026: We had lunch today for a cousins' reunion. Excellent food, excellent service despite us being a large group and the place being packed. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended!

30/04/2026: This review concerns the restaurant of the ancient Dimora dei Tre Re.
Ample parking is available, and the location is surrounded by greenery, with outdoor seating.
The staff gave a very warm welcome, earning them a 5-star rating for their friendliness and professionalism, always present when needed and never intrusive.
We dined inside in a refined, high-end setting that was not at all noisy.
The full menu at €35 is particularly convenient.
Our table ranged from meat to seafood, all original, made with good-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Everyone was satisfied.
The service was also worthy of note: well-maintained and with a touch of playfulness...
I would recommend the restaurant for any occasion.

04/05/2026: We came at closing time on Monday evening, and even though they were cleaning, the extremely helpful and polite staff prepared our menus for us. Special thanks to Jennifer, probably the manager on duty, who greeted us with a smile and served us with all the respect possible. Thanks again to all of you.
14/04/2026: Toast to cry about, as seen in the photo. The place is not clean. I'm so sorry. A toy for a child who doesn't know what it is.

THREE TIMES I TOLD THEM I WAS LACTOSE INTOLERANT AND THEY Brought ME A LACTOSE-CONTAINED APPETIZER (when I saw the appetizers, I asked if there was lactose, they said no, after 5 minutes, when I had already eaten it, they said yes).
YOU ASSESS
FACED WITH THIS VERY SERIOUS SITUATION THAT CAUSED ME A TERRIBLE STOMACH ACHE, WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR THE BILL, MY HUSBAND RIGHTLY ASKS FOR A DISCOUNT, AT LEAST THAT...
AND INSTEAD THEY LIMITED THEM TO SAYING THEY WERE OFFERING WINE (a half bottle worth 14 euros).
SCANDALOUS, AVOID.

02/12/2025: Sunday, November 30, 25. Arrived at 1:35 PM after visiting the sanctuary. Greeted with the most beautiful, heartfelt smile one could hope for, they set up a large walnut table for me, and we began with the drinks: given that I don't like the mayor's water, so I'll skip it, the wines... I don't like barrel-aged wines, not even a little, so the super-patient lady with a kind smile brings me four different bottles. I apologize, saying, ...if everyone did as I do, you'd still be serving appetizers to those who came in at noon. But you, imperturbable, with your serene smile, ...don't worry, take your time. Read the labels, in the end, none of them said anything about it, I skip the review (too often overused, inconsistent) and choose a red from the Roman hills... excellent!! The appetizers of the three, ...huh..?! . Another super accommodating lady gets me out of trouble... I make her a trio... the bread that the various delicious little dishes required, they were my downfall... but it was necessary, I forgot, I moved a beautiful bowl, generously filled with a beautiful Russian salad, I didn't want my tears to fall into it, sacrificed for the rest. I move on to the first course, fresh pasta with fresh porcini mushrooms and mushroom cream. A delight, it deserved more than a sandwich to go with it, I forced myself to say NO, to make room for..... But I can't take it anymore, ... I feel like crying at the three main courses, and at the delicious off-menu dishes... boned rabbit and lampredotto. I move on to the good coffee with a small bottle of house Amaro at my disposal. But I won't give up, I'll come back with more friends and we'll show them off....

06/05/2026: I was really surprised. The burgers are great, made with fresh ingredients. The service is friendly. It's a shame the place is so small.
27/01/2026: At 8 pm, I wanted to try this restaurant, so popular and with excellent reviews, which offers specials for university students. The service was appalling, and the cashier's explanations confused us as to how to get a burger and fries menu item. She also refused to refill a burger order (which we hadn't initially received) even though we had our student IDs.

08/04/2026: Excellent, one of the best places in the lower Bergamo area.
08/04/2026: The menu has just been updated. Still minimal, as per the restaurant's tradition, but with meat and fish dishes crafted to perfection.
The choice to pair ingredients with highly contrasting flavors is a great success.
The wine list perfectly matches the menu: limited selection, but with medium-high quality wines that complement the dishes.
The atmosphere is fantastic: limited seating, and therefore not too noisy.
The wait times between courses are appropriate for the food.
The wait staff are very polite, friendly, and not at all intrusive when refilling glasses.
Although the restaurant and tables are spotless, an old-fashioned person like me misses a table cover.
It's also a shame that the dishes are served without taking a minute to describe them and explain how they were prepared.
But these are minor details.
CUT is definitely among the top 5 restaurants in the Caravaggio-Treviglio-Cassano area and deserves to be visited more than once.

27/04/2026: Nice place, too bad you can't eat inside because it's so hot. Then they gave me fries on the menu, which were pitiful and burnt. I wanted to eat inside, but it was too hot.

02/05/2026: I've ordered pizza delivery several times, hoping it would be better the next time, but apparently they don't even check it once it comes out of the oven!
The pizza is almost undercooked, with poor-quality ingredients. I also ordered a lactose-free pizza, but it definitely contained fleur de lait, as my partner also had a bad experience.
Also, for what they offer, the prices are high compared to the competition.
Stay away!

21/02/2026: A great place for a bite to eat with friends: the food is good, and the atmosphere is perfect for a get-together with friends. Although the menu isn't extensive and focuses on a few select sandwiches, drinks, and fries, the quality doesn't disappoint. Wait times are very reasonable (about 10-15 minutes per order), making it perfect for a quick bite. Its convenience is especially commendable: there are two large parking lots nearby with always free spots. Despite the traffic noise from the adjacent roundabout, the experience is still very positive. I definitely recommend trying it.
